The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Nine facial and body areas, four hyaluronic-acid gel families, one signature layering technique — and a diagnosis that decides how much goes where, down to the tenth of a cubic centimetre.
Volume is planned from the structural shortfall the scan measures. A face that reads tired is often short of support at the anterior cheek, some distance from the fold you would have pointed at, while a profile that reads soft is usually a question about the chin and the jaw line with the mouth left out of it entirely. Where the shortfall sits decides where the gel goes. Nothing is opened before then.
This page maps every filler treatment performed here: the nine areas we design, the gel families we stock, what each one suits and where the published price starts. Detail pages carry the anatomy, the layering protocol and the aftercare for each area. Filler is not recommended when the complaint is skin quality — crepe, fine surface lines, dullness — or when a movement line would settle with a small dose of botulinum toxin, and in those consultations we do not recommend it. Some diagnoses end with nothing prescribed.
Tap any treatment for its anatomy, the signature layering steps, aftercare and the full published price.
Area pages show where the treatment goes; brand pages show which gel goes there. Most plans combine both decisions, and the published rate is the same for residents and international visitors.
Hyaluronic acid is one molecule, but cross-linking and cohesivity make each family behave differently once it is under your skin.
| Gel family | Maker | Character, and where it is placed at Dear | From (per 1 cc) |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Chaeum | Hugel, Korea | Our house hyaluronic acid, carried across the standard facial areas and placed at the deep, mid or superficial plane as the design requires | ₩130,000 (≈ $95) |
| Belotero | Merz, Germany | A cohesive gel that integrates into the surrounding tissue, which is why the design reaches for it when a soft, even surface matters more than a visible edge | ₩300,000 (≈ $215) |
| Restylane | Galderma | Firmer and more defined; chosen when the plan calls for a clean structural edge at the chin, the jaw or the nose bridge | ₩350,000 (≈ $250) |
| Juvederm | AbbVie / Allergan | Smooth cross-linked gels, placed for soft volume that keeps moving with the face | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Specialty zones | Any of the four | Shoulder line, hip dip, earlobe and lip, where the layering rules and the dose ceiling differ from standard facial work | ₩300,000 (≈ $215) – ₩500,000 (≈ $355) |
Recovery runs much the same across the four families: mild swelling for two or three days, and a small bruise possible at an entry point. Body zones stay tender for longer than facial ones. How long a result holds is individual, and it shifts with the area, the movement that area lives in and the volume placed — a structural chin outlasts a mouth that talks all day — so your director gives you the expected range for the gel your plan actually uses. Forehead and nose carry their own published lines and total cc is settled at diagnosis, so the figures above are starting units; the quote follows the scan. The full list is on our price list page.
Many consultations end with a plan that draws on both categories at different visits, and the diagnosis decides which one goes first.
The Chaeum from Hugel, Belotero from Merz, Restylane from Galderma, Juvederm from AbbVie/Allergan. Skin boosters, collagen stimulators and the lifting devices are in the same building.
Three-dimensional capture under five light sources records asymmetry, projection and the places where the face has actually lost support — frequently some distance from the spot you point at in the mirror. That map fixes three things: which area is treated, which anatomical plane the gel goes into, and how much goes there, planned in 0.1 cc steps. Brand comes last.
The nose, the forehead and the glabellar midline are the placements where a misjudged plane stops being a cosmetic problem. Each injection here is given by the director who drew the plan, and the review appointment is booked in the same conversation.

Four steps run in this order, and the gel brand is settled at the end of them.
The EVE Muse capture and its five light sources record proportion, asymmetry and where support has actually been lost. What you point at and what the scan finds are frequently two different places.
The finding decides whether the answer is filler at all. Volume loss and structural shortfall point here; thinning skin points to boosters; movement lines point to botulinum toxin. If filler is indicated, the area list narrows to the one or two zones that will change the whole read.
Now the signature steps run: Dear Shape sets the target form, Dear LayerFill assigns the deep, mid and superficial doses, Dear BalanceControl checks both sides against the whole face, and Dear LineFit refines the finishing line. Gel family and total cc fall out of that design.
Your director injects, then sees you again once the swelling has settled — typically about two weeks in, when the true result is readable. Small refinements are planned at that review.
Under-correcting and reviewing is a deliberate policy. Adding hyaluronic acid at the review takes minutes; dissolving it is a separate appointment with a separate injection of hyaluronidase.
Director-performed treatment is a Dear promise — your procedure is planned and performed by the doctors below.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

Hyaluronic-acid filler practice rests on two bodies of published work: the physical properties that make one gel behave differently from another, and the facial anatomy that governs where a needle may and may not go.
