The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Juvederm is a premium hyaluronic-acid filler family from AbbVie/Allergan, cross-linked so the gel holds its shape under the tissue that sits on it. At Dear Clinic the syringe is the last decision of the visit: the area is measured first, the plane is chosen second, and the gel follows from both.
Density is the variable that matters. A firmer gel is asked to hold structure under load, a lighter one to refine a fine line or a lip border, and the choice is made per area and per plane — Deep, Mid or Superficial, with differences of 0.1 cc treated as real. What Dear is selecting is a set of physical properties for a specific job, and the name printed on the carton is downstream of that decision.
Juvederm covers a wide span of areas here, but the gel that suits a lip is never the gel that suits a chin — your scan decides which density is opened, and how deep it is placed.
A denser gel carries weight, so a hollow under the cheekbone is rebuilt from underneath and the surface is left alone.
A smile-line shadow is usually cast by a cheek that has stopped holding itself up, so we treat the support first and the crease last — which normally takes far less gel than people expect.
A firm gel gives the chin forward projection so the lip-to-jaw line reads clean from the side, with nothing placed along the jaw itself.
Lips move all day, so the softest gel available goes here: definition and hydration first, extra volume only where your proportions genuinely call for it.

Four steps stand between your scan and the syringe, and each narrows the decision: which Juvederm density, which plane, how many tenths of a cc, and where the placement has to stop.
Cheek height, fold depth, chin projection and lip proportion come off the EVE Muse scan first, and the figure that governs everything downstream is how much your face is short by in each of those four places. Nothing is unwrapped until that is on screen.
One correction is rarely one gel. The firmer density goes into the deep support layer where it takes the load; the lighter one finishes near the surface where the eye actually reads the contour. Splitting a single correction across the Deep, Mid and Superficial planes is what keeps a cheek smooth instead of ridged, and it is also what lets the total volume come down, because support placed low does more work per 0.1 cc than volume placed high.
Filling a cheek changes the fold underneath it, and projecting a chin changes how the lips sit against it. Both sides are compared again after every plane. Gel is spent on whichever side is genuinely behind, which usually means the two halves of a face receive different amounts.
The outline is reviewed at three-quarter and profile angles, which is where an over-filled mid-face gives itself away first. Any step left in the contour is smoothed with the lightest gel to hand. More volume is the wrong answer at this stage.

Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero and The Chaeum are all on the price list, alongside our boosters and lifting devices. If the scan says a lighter gel, a smaller plan or no filler at all, that is what you will be told, and filler is declined outright when the concern turns out to be skin quality.
EVE Muse 3D imaging and five-light-source analysis put your ratios on screen before any product decision is made, and the density, the plane and the tenths of a cc for each area are all read off that map, area by area. One blanket dose across a face is how proportions get flattened.
Cohesive gel spreads through tissue on its own terms once it is in. The mid-face and perioral regions it is most often asked to fill run close to vessels where an intravascular injection can end in skin necrosis or, very rarely, visual loss — which is why every Juvederm injection here is performed by your director, in layers, at the smallest volume that still delivers the design.

| Filler | Unit | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Juvederm | 1 cc | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Restylane | 1 cc | ₩350,000 (≈ $250) |
| Belotero (Germany) | 1 cc | ₩300,000 (≈ $215) |
| The Chaeum | 1 cc | ₩130,000 (≈ $95) |
| Specialty area (any brand) | 1 cc | ₩500,000 (≈ $355) |
Published rates as of September 2026. Because the cc is the unit, treating a second area adds cc to the total and no new fee alongside it — the full plan and its figure are put in front of you and approved before the first syringe is opened. Specialty placements such as the earlobe, shoulder line, forehead, hip dip and anterior cheek are charged at the specialty-area rate whichever gel is chosen.
The counter-case is worth stating plainly. If the problem is texture, fine crepiness or slackness, no amount of Juvederm helps, and the diagnosis will send you to a booster or a lifting protocol instead. Volume placed where the face was not empty is the single fastest way to stop looking like yourself.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

The literature that governs a Juvederm plan is not product marketing but anatomy: where hyaluronic acid may be placed, how a face should be assessed before it is, and what goes wrong when a gel enters a vessel. The three papers below cover facial assessment for HA injection, the vascular danger zones your director works around in the mid-face and perioral region, and the ophthalmic complications that make deep, slow, low-pressure placement a rule rather than a preference.
