Next-generation radiofrequency built for deep, uniform delivery into the dermis — quoted in blocks of 300 or 600 shots, mapped zone by zone before the first pass.
Radiofrequency works in the dermis. Focused ultrasound is the technology that reaches the SMAS layer below it, so the reading decides which of the two your face is asking for before any shot count is written down. XERF is then planned in shot units — a single sitting or a short series, depending on how widely your laxity is spread — and the block you approve is the block you are charged for.
The shot map is drawn zone by zone from your EVE Muse reading, with denser passes where the dermis has thinned and fewer where it has held.
The widest surface on the map, and the one uniform delivery was designed for. A cheek treated at a steady setting firms without the patchiness that uneven passes leave behind.
Softening along the jaw, worked with closer pass spacing so the border between face and neck reads sharper.
Pores look wider when the dermis under them has thinned. Rebuilding that support is what narrows the opening, so this is a slow, cumulative gain rather than a same-day one.
Thin, mobile skin. The energy level drops here and the block is usually smaller than a facial one.

Three things decide whether a radiofrequency pass firms anything: where the heat lands, how deep it goes, and how evenly it is spread across the zone.
XERF is engineered to spread energy evenly over the area under the handpiece. Overlap and speed still belong to the operator.
The target is the dermis, where collagen sits. Heat at that depth contracts the fibres already there on the day, and sets off the remodelling that keeps building for weeks afterwards.
Comfort here is not a courtesy. A patient who is flinching cannot be treated at a constant setting, and a constant setting is the entire premise of uniform delivery. Controlled heating is what lets a director run the same energy from the cheek through to the jaw and finish the map they planned.

Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX, Density, XERF, Onda, New Titanium and Shurink Universe are all installed in this building. A scan that lands on the SMAS layer is quoted focused ultrasound; one that lands in the dermis is quoted radiofrequency.
Uniform energy still has to land in the right places. EVE Muse 3D imaging and its five light sources record where the dermis has thinned and where firmness has dropped, and that record is what turns into a 300-shot block at ₩1,300,000 (≈ $930) or a 600-shot block at ₩2,000,000 (≈ $1,430) — denser passes over the weak zones, restraint over the ones that are holding.
A device engineered for consistency still depends on pass overlap, speed and pressure holding steady from the cheek to the jaw. Every XERF map here is performed by our directors, who hold that rhythm constant from the first pass to the last, which is how the evenness the hardware is built for reaches your skin.

| Plan | Includes | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 300 shots | Standard tightening plan — matched to your diagnosis | ₩1,300,000 (≈ $930) |
| 600 shots | Extended plan for broader coverage or firmer laxity | ₩2,000,000 (≈ $1,430) |
| Every plan | EVE 3D + AI diagnosis · doctor consultation · aftercare guidance | included |
Rates current as of September 2026. The shot block you sign off is the shot block you are charged for, and nothing is appended once the pass has started. Thermage FLX, Density, Onda, New Titanium, Shurink Universe and Ultherapy Prime are quoted from the same published list, so a comparison can be priced at the same consultation.
XERF does not reach the SMAS layer. If that is where your descent sits, no number of shots on this platform will fix it and your director will quote focused ultrasound instead. There are also patients we do not treat on it at all: monopolar radiofrequency is not recommended over an implanted pacemaker or defibrillator, we do not treat during pregnancy, and skin that is inflamed, broken, infected or sunburnt is rescheduled until it has calmed, because heating a damaged barrier raises the risk of a burn and of pigment change afterwards.

Director-performed treatment is a Dear promise — your procedure is planned and performed by the doctors below.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

Radiofrequency has been examined as a tightening modality for over twenty years, and XERF inherits that body of work: heating the dermis until collagen contracts and then remodels is the same physics those trials were testing. What the papers listed here settle for us is the practical half of the question — how much energy, delivered how evenly, produces firming that can be measured without injuring the surface.
Each reference resolves to a DOI in an indexed journal, and one of them puts radiofrequency directly against microfocused ultrasound. That is the fork your director stands at once the EVE 3D + AI reading comes back and XERF turns out to be one of several defensible answers.
