The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Two collagen stimulators that both ask your skin to rebuild itself — one built on poly-L-lactic acid and sold by the vial, one a poly-D,L-lactic acid and HA hybrid dosed by the cc. Different scale, different control. Which one fits depends on what your face has actually lost.
Neither is a hyaluronic-acid filler in the ordinary sense. A filler occupies space the moment it is placed; these two ask your own collagen to do the work over the following months, so the change arrives slowly and reads as structural. Scale and control are the practical difference. A vial of PLLA is an area-scale plan. A cc of the PDLLA hybrid is a finer instrument that can be aimed at texture as much as at volume, which is why the two are dosed in different units in the first place. Researchers have measured the gap directly — one of the studies listed below compares the early-stage volume effect of injectable poly-l-lactic acid with injectable poly-d,l-lactic acid — so the distinction is documented, and specific enough that a diagnosis should decide it.

Because the two are sold in different units, comparing headline numbers alone is misleading — a vial and a cc are not the same quantity of work. What matters is the total your director plans for your face, which you see and approve at consultation. There are no visitor surcharges and nothing is added on the day.
Three patterns that arrive at the consultation desk, and the material each one points to.
Temples flattening, cheeks reading hollow under side light, a face that looks tired at rest while the lines themselves are still shallow. The shortfall is structural and spread across several regions. A vial-scale PLLA plan is the instrument built for that scale of rebuilding, and one crease on its own is not a reason to open a vial.
Enlarged-looking pores, fine crepiness, skin that has lost bounce but not yet its shape. Dosed by the cc, the PDLLA and HA hybrid can be aimed at skin quality and subtle volume in the same pass. People ask for it when they want their skin to look better without their face looking fuller.
Some faces need both jobs done, in a set order. Rebuilding the underlying volume first and refining texture afterwards gives each material one clear task and keeps the total conservative. Both sit on our shelf, so the stages can be spread across months instead of one product being asked to do everything.

These materials work slowly, and stacking sessions does not speed them up. A sensible way to stage them:
Boosters, stimulators and the HA filler lines are all stocked in-house, so a plan here can be Sculptra, Juvelook, both in sequence, or neither of them.
Sculptra by the vial and Juvelook by the cc are both stocked here, alongside the HA filler lines and the wider booster range. Waiting is therefore a recommendation we can afford to make.
EVE Muse 3D imaging under five light sources tells lost volume apart from lost skin quality — two findings that look identical in a mirror and call for different materials. The reading sets the plan, together with a hands-on examination of where the skin has actually thinned.
With biostimulators the plane of injection and the amount left at each pass decide how the result reads six months later; too much material in one sitting is what produces the lumps and over-correction these stimulators are known for, and neither can be dissolved the way an HA filler can. Every session is performed by our directors at conservative amounts per pass, and the response is reviewed before anything more is added.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

Choosing between a poly-L-lactic acid stimulator and a poly-D,L-lactic acid hybrid rests on a body of peer-reviewed literature about lactic-acid biostimulators — volume restoration, volumetric correction, biostimulatory activity and, in one study, a direct comparison of the early-stage volume effect of the two acids. The references below inform how our directors match a material to your face after the EVE Muse 3D and AI diagnosis.
