The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Two wavelengths on one platform and a cooling burst before every pulse — so the setting can follow your skin tone and your hair, instead of your skin having to suit the machine.
A course exists because of the growth cycle. Only the hairs in their active growing phase hold enough pigment to take up the energy properly, and at any given moment the rest of the follicles in an area are resting or shedding and simply will not respond — they are not missed by a careless operator, they are unreachable that day. Repeat visits catch successive waves as they enter growth. The interval is therefore set by the area and its own cycle, and never by how soon you would like to be finished.
The same mechanism sets the limits. Grey, white and very fine blonde hairs carry little of the pigment the laser is looking for, so they respond poorly whatever the device, and no setting recovers what is not there. Because the target is pigment, your skin tone changes the calculation as much as your hair does — which is what the second wavelength on this platform exists to solve.
Seventeen areas are published for women and nineteen for men, each as a single session and as a course of five. A jawline and a lower leg share nothing in coarseness, cycle or sensitivity, so they are never grouped into one figure.
Upper lip, chin, the three-line forehead, lower face and full face — where full face means forehead included and hairline excluded, since the hairline is its own published area. Fine facial hair answers more slowly than body hair, and that is said before a course is booked.
The most popular starting area — small, quick and a fair test of how your own hair responds before committing to anything larger.
Larger fields, where session time and cooling matter most. Back, abdomen and arm are each split into upper and lower halves on the price list; legs are split into thigh and calf-with-knee.
Coarse hair on thin, sensitive skin. Settings stay conservative and cooling is generous here as a deliberate technique choice.

A single-wavelength device forces one compromise on every patient. Carrying both lets the wavelength follow the person in the chair.
The alexandrite wavelength is absorbed avidly by melanin, which makes it efficient on fine and light-coloured hair, provided the surrounding skin is fair enough for that appetite to work as an advantage instead of a hazard.
The Nd:YAG wavelength is far less interested in the pigment in your skin and travels deeper to the follicle, which is why it is the long-standing choice for deeper phototypes and for tanned skin — a point the published comparative literature is unusually clear about.
Dynamic cooling delivers a cryogen burst to the skin surface with each pulse, taking the edge off the sensation and shielding the epidermis while the heat does its work below it.

Each area is published twice, as one session and as a course of five, and the five-session figure sits below five separate visits. The men's grid adds sideburns and neck. Ingrown bumps and darkening are sometimes a skin complaint, and where the assessment reads it that way you are pointed at the pigment or acne platform instead.
Skin tone, recent sun exposure and hair coarseness are assessed with EVE Muse 3D imaging under five light sources and AI analysis before any setting is dialled in. Visitors arrive here with every phototype and, in summer, with a fresh holiday tan on top of it, and that reading is what decides whether the session goes ahead at all that day.
Wavelength selection and test spots are medical decisions rather than console presets. Treatment is director-performed, and the settings are adjusted as the handpiece moves from thin facial skin onto the tougher skin of a shin.

Published rates as of September 2026. Areas are priced individually for women and for men, and the full grid — seventeen women's areas, nineteen men's, each as a single session and as a course of five — is on the full price list. Underarm is the cheapest way to test how your own hair responds before committing to a larger field. One published rate applies to residents and visitors alike, and sessions run seven days a week; see weekend and holiday opening.
Two answers here are no. Grey, white and very pale hair gives a pigment-seeking laser almost nothing to aim at, so we do not recommend a course for it and we do not sell one. A fresh holiday tan is the other: pigment sitting at the skin surface raises the risk of a burn and of patchy lightening or darkening afterwards, so the session is postponed until your skin is back at its baseline. Response also varies between individuals and between two areas on the same person.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

The two wavelengths carried by the GentleMax Pro are among the most examined tools in aesthetic medicine, and a good part of that literature deals specifically with darker skin phototypes. That is the basis for what this page says about deeper tones. A systematic review of long-term reduction across lasers and light sources sits alongside those comparisons below.
All references carry verifiable DOIs from indexed journals. They describe the technology in general clinical use; the number of sessions and the settings for your own hair and skin tone are decided at your diagnosis.
