The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

The salmon-DNA injectable Korea is known for — a polynucleotide booster aimed at the condition of your skin itself, prescribed only when your diagnosis says skin quality is the real problem.
Most people searching for it in English arrive by one of three names: Rejuran, the salmon DNA injection, or simply a PDRN injection. All three point at one idea: treating the quality of the skin instead of its shape. What the injection targets is the tissue carrying resilience, hydration and fine surface texture. It will not make a face look fuller, and it will not raise a jawline.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A booster placed into skin that has genuinely descended will not lift it, and a booster placed into skin that needs structural support will not build it. Rejuran belongs to a specific problem — and at Dear the EVE 3D reading decides whether that problem is yours before a syringe is opened.
The injection map is drawn from your EVE 3D reading — skin thickness, texture breakdown and the zones where resilience has dropped most.
The standard request: overall skin condition — roughness, dullness, loss of bounce — addressed across the face in an even, mapped pattern.
Thin, crepey, tired-reading skin beneath the eye is delicate work with its own product line and its own price, planned separately from the face.
Areas where surface irregularity and enlarged pores dominate, treated with denser placement where the reading shows the most breakdown.
Fine surface lines that live in the skin itself. Where the same line is muscle-driven, a relaxant is the better answer and PDRN is the wrong one.

Rejuran is a family of three products. Choosing between them is a clinical decision, and it changes both the technique and the price on your quote.
The original polynucleotide formula and the one most people mean by “Rejuran”. Dosed in 2 cc units at Dear and used for general skin condition across the face.
The hydro-balance formulation, which pairs the polynucleotide component with hyaluronic acid. Selected when hydration and immediate surface smoothness are weighted more heavily in the plan.
Formulated for the thin, mobile skin under the eye, where placement has to be shallower and far more precise. Priced with HB at the dedicated rate.
Diagnosis decides which line you receive; booking does not. Arrive asking for one, and if your skin reads better suited to another — or to no booster at all — your director says so before a syringe is prepared. Individual responses differ, and the plan is written to your face.

Healer, HB and Eye are stocked here, next to the PDLLA, PLLA, CaHA and HA boosters and a room away from the lifting platforms. Healer is ₩300,000 (≈ $215) per 2 cc and the HB and Eye lines ₩400,000 (≈ $285) per 2 cc, published beside every product we might send you to instead.
The EVE Muse system captures your face in 3D under five light sources with AI analysis. Whether your complaint is genuinely skin condition, or laxity wearing a skin-condition disguise, is settled there on screen with you looking at it. The two look identical in a bathroom mirror.
A polynucleotide booster lives or dies on placement: too shallow and you get lumps, too sparse and you get nothing. Your session is performed by our directors, working to a minimum effective dose per zone and stopping when the mapped area is covered, whatever is left in the syringe. Bruising at the entry points and a day or two of small raised bumps are the ordinary costs of doing it properly.

There is a great deal written about this treatment online. Here is what is worth weighing before you form an expectation.
Our own position is deliberately plain. You see your EVE reading on screen, you hear what a polynucleotide booster can and cannot address on your face, and the session count and the total go in front of you before anything starts. Outcomes still vary between individuals, because skin does. The plan and the price are the two things that stay fixed once you have agreed them.
| Item | Includes | Price |

Published rates as of September 2026. One price list applies to everyone — KRW is what you pay, USD is shown for reference, and there is no visitor surcharge and no add-on quoted on the day of treatment. A booster is usually planned as a short series, so the likely shape of that series is set out at consultation and you decide with the full figure in view. The units matter when you compare: Rejuran here is quoted per 2 cc, while several other boosters on our list are quoted per 1 cc.
Where the EVE reading shows descent instead of deteriorating skin quality, a polynucleotide booster is not the right treatment for you, and you hear that at the diagnosis rather than four sessions into a course. Lifting energy, threads and structural filler are all in the building. We also decline to inject over active inflammation, an infected entry point or a flaring rosacea, and that visit ends with a plan and no syringe.
Outcomes vary by individual skin, age and lifestyle, and are assessed at your in-person diagnosis.
A regenerative booster is usually planned as a short series spaced by weeks, which is awkward if you are in the city for seven days. Here is how we handle it in practice.
Where a trip is too short for the plan your skin needs, we say so before you book. One session now and the rest on your next visit is a defensible plan. A course crammed into five days is an expense with a schedule attached to it.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

Polydeoxyribonucleotide has been studied across several tissue types since long before it became a familiar name in aesthetics. The references below span its early laboratory characterisation, a recent overview of where the research stands, and a clinical comparison of two ways of delivering a polynucleotide product into skin.
We list them so you can go to the primary sources instead of taking a clinic's word for the mechanism. Each carries a verifiable DOI from an indexed journal. None of them is a statement about your face: what applies to you is settled at your EVE 3D diagnosis, and individual responses differ.
