Is Rejuran worth it?
If your complaint is the condition of the skin — dullness, rough texture, a dehydrated and unresilient feel — then a polynucleotide booster works at the level where that complaint lives, and it is a reasonable place to start. If what actually bothers you is a jawline that has dropped or a hollow that needs structure, no booster will resolve it and we will say so at diagnosis. Why is Rejuran quoted per 2 cc when other boosters are quoted per 1 cc?
Because that is the unit the product comes in and the unit our price list uses for it. Rejuran Healer is ₩300,000 (≈ $215) for 2 cc and the HB and Eye lines are ₩400,000 (≈ $285) for 2 cc, while a PDLLA collagen booster on the same list is quoted per 1 cc. Comparing the two headline numbers side by side therefore tells you very little. Ask instead for the total of the plan your director writes.
Is Rejuran the same thing as a salmon DNA injection?
Yes — that is the same treatment under an everyday name. The active ingredient is PDRN, short for polydeoxyribonucleotide, a purified polynucleotide fraction obtained from salmon DNA. English-language searches for salmon DNA injection, PDRN injection and Rejuran all lead to the same category of regenerative booster; Rejuran is simply the brand from PharmaResearch that made it widely known.
What is the difference between Rejuran Healer, HB and Eye?
Healer is the original polynucleotide formulation, used for general skin condition. HB adds hyaluronic acid for a hydro-balance emphasis. Eye is formulated for the thin, highly mobile skin beneath the eye and demands shallower, more exact placement. At Dear, Healer is priced separately from the HB and Eye lines, and which one you receive is a clinical decision taken at diagnosis.
Is Rejuran a filler?
No. A filler is chosen for its ability to hold shape and occupy space, while Rejuran is placed into the skin to work on its condition. Contour is outside its job description. If your face has lost genuine volume in a defined area, a filler is what we recommend and quote. The two products sometimes appear in one overall plan, and even then they are answering different questions.
How many sessions will I need?
Regenerative boosters are normally planned as a short series spaced a few weeks apart, because the skin responds progressively. The precise number depends on your starting condition and your goal, and Dear does not sell a fixed package in advance. Your director sets out the likely shape of the series at consultation, and each subsequent session is confirmed against what the last one produced. We publish no standard course length here, because we have not been given one to publish.
Does it hurt, and what are the bumps afterwards?
It is a series of fine injections into the skin, so you feel it more than a surface treatment. Topical numbing goes on beforehand and most people describe the session as brief and manageable, with the under-eye area the most sensitive part — one reason that area is planned and dosed on its own. Afterwards, small raised points sit at the injection sites; that is the product in the skin and they settle by themselves. Mild redness, slight swelling and occasional bruising can keep them company for a day or two, and most people carry on the same day while keeping skincare gentle and leaving scrubs, peels, alcohol and saunas alone for about a week.
When will I see the effect, and how long does it last?
Nothing meaningful shows on the first day. The change follows the pace of skin repair, building across the series instead of arriving after one visit, and it is maintained with periodic sessions afterwards. How long it holds varies with age, skin condition and lifestyle, so we assess where you are at review instead of quoting a fixed duration in advance. Any clinic naming a precise month count from a photograph is guessing.
Can I have Rejuran under my eyes?
The Eye line exists for exactly that, and it is one of the more common requests we receive from international visitors. The skin there is thin and constantly moving, so placement is shallower and considerably more exacting, and it is quoted at the HB and Eye rate of ₩400,000 (≈ $285) for 2 cc. Suitability is assessed in person, since not every under-eye complaint is a skin-quality problem: hollowing and pigment both read as shadow and neither answers to PDRN.
Who should not have Rejuran?
Injectables are not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, where there is active infection or inflammation at the treatment site, or where a sensitivity to a product component is known. A fish-derived ingredient also makes your allergy history relevant. Current medication, autoimmune conditions and previous injectable treatments are all reviewed at consultation, and we do not proceed if the treatment is unsuitable for you.

Realistically, the first session and the scan that plans it. The EVE 3D capture and director consultation happen in the first part of the appointment, and where a polynucleotide booster is confirmed as suitable, treatment follows the same day. The rest of the series is spaced by weeks, so it continues on a later visit or with a clinic at home, and your reading stays on file either way.
