Are you really open on Sundays and public holidays?
Yes. Dear Clinic runs 365 days a year: 10:00–19:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00–16:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Korean public holidays, with no lunch-break closure at any point in the day. For a four-day trip to Seoul that usually means the appointment can sit on the day that suits your itinerary instead of the day the calendar allows.
Can I consult in English?
Yes. The consultation, the reading of your EVE Muse scan, the written plan with its unit counts, the price and the aftercare instructions are all given in English. You can also send the form on this page before you fly and arrive with the questions already answered.
Do international visitors pay the same price as locals?
Yes. One published rate card covers everyone, shown in Korean won with a US dollar figure alongside it for reference. Because most treatments here are billed by unit — shots, kilojoules, cc or threads — the arithmetic on your plan is visible and checkable before you agree to it.
What does the EVE Muse diagnosis actually measure?
It takes a three-dimensional image of the face under five separate light sources and runs AI analysis over the result. For lifting that produces skin thickness, elasticity and the direction and degree of descent. For skin quality it separates vascular pink from pigmented brown and shallow pigment from deep. Those readings decide which layer or which chromophore is treated, and they are taken before any device is named.
How do I know which lifting treatment fits my face?
You do not need to arrive knowing. Eight lifting platforms are in the building across four kinds of physics: focused ultrasound aimed at the SMAS layer at 4.5 mm, monopolar radiofrequency across the dermis, microwave absorbed by water-rich tissue, a multi-wavelength lifting laser, and absorbable threads on a mapped vector. Your scan says which depth has loosened, and that is what the recommendation is built from.
Which treatments are actually in-house?
All of them. Eight lifting platforms, twelve filler treatments and areas, five skin boosters and collagen stimulators, six botulinum toxin applications, seven laser, pigment and acne routes, five body and wellness options and six Dear Signature programmes. Every one of them is performed on the 5th and 7th floors by the clinic’s own directors.
Who performs the treatment?
One of the clinic’s five directors, and specifically the one who read your scan and wrote your plan. Lifting and filler results turn on placement — shot lines, tip tier, thread vectors, injection plane — so the reading and the doing are not handed to different people.
What are the risks, and when would you turn a booking down?
Energy lifting can leave redness, warmth and a tight, heavy feeling for a day or two, and badly placed energy risks a burn or temporary nerve irritation. Threads bruise, swell and can dimple along the line. Filler carries bruising, swelling, lumps and, rarely, vascular occlusion. Laser and toning carry burns, blistering and hypopigmented or hyperpigmented spots, particularly on recently tanned skin. We decline treatment when skin is inflamed or freshly tanned, when the scan does not support the treatment being asked for, and when a concern is better left another year than paid for now.
How long does a first visit take, and can I be treated the same day?
Diagnosis and consultation take about thirty minutes. Most single-step treatments — a lifting session, a skin booster, a toning visit — can follow immediately if the doctor confirms suitability and you approve the plan. Thread lifts, layered scar sequences and tattoo work are more often booked as a second visit so the mapping is not rushed.
How do I book, and do I need a deposit?
Send the form at the bottom of this page with a preferred date and the concern you want looked at. No deposit is taken for a consultation booking, and the slot is held while you arrange flights. If your diagnosis on the day points somewhere other than the treatment you asked about, you hear that before anything is charged.
What is the US dollar figure shown next to each price?
A reference conversion. Korean won is the currency you are billed in, and the dollar figure is calculated at a documented rate that is reviewed each quarter, so it moves when the exchange rate does. Treat it as a rough guide for budgeting rather than as the number on your card statement.
Where exactly is the clinic?
