The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Hyaluronic acid laid down by depth across a plane whose tissue thickness changes from centre to temple — designed inside our full-face balance protocol, and dosed in 0.1 cc steps.
The forehead is one of the most technically demanding areas in aesthetic filler. It is a broad curved plane whose tissue depth changes from centre to temple, sitting above the supratrochlear and supraorbital vessels. Placed a millimetre too shallow on a plane that catches side light, a perfectly reasonable volume reads as a ridge; the same volume laid deeper and spread across the curve simply disappears into the shape of the head. Depth does most of the work here. Where the gel sits matters more than how much of it there is.
Placement is planned from your EVE 3D scan — center, sides and temple flow are each mapped before a single injection.
A forehead that looks dented or severe from the side is rounded into a soft, feminine curve that catches light gently.
Localized hollows or a bumpy contour are smoothed so the plane connects evenly from hairline to brow.
The centre–side–temple flow is directed so the forehead reads as one continuous line that carries on into the temple.
Height, width and the position of the centre line are weighed against the brow, the nose and the chin, so the upper third of the face does not end up out of scale with the two below it.

Because the same volume can look natural or stiff depending on where it sits, forehead filler runs as its own protocol inside our full-face signature filler.
The scan hands the director your existing curvature, your hairline position and the way the forehead meets the glabella. From that reading the target form is drawn — how much convexity your profile can carry before it stops looking like your own head.
A base layer at the deep plane stabilises the overall line, then a second and finer layer resolves subtle height and flow nearer the surface. Splitting it that way is what keeps the plane connecting evenly instead of doming in one spot.
Tissue depth is uneven across a forehead, so volume is distributed by layer and by point through the centre, the sides and the temple flow. Nothing is allowed to pool where the light will find it.
Height, width, centre line and side roundness are checked against the brow, the nose and the chin, so the finished curve meets the hairline and the brow without a visible step.
The four steps are dosed to 0.1 cc precision and split between the Deep, Mid and Superficial planes, because a forehead betrays a misplaced millimetre in raking light long before a cheek would.

A hollow that turns out to be a shadow. A ridge that is really the frontal bone. A line that a collagen-stimulating booster or a small dose of botulinum toxin would settle more gracefully. These arrive at the consultation asking for filler and leave with something else, or with nothing at all: four HA families, the boosters, the collagen stimulators and the lifting devices are all in this building, so where filler is the wrong answer for a forehead we do not recommend it.
Nobody assesses their own forehead from the side, which is exactly the view that decides whether the result looks graceful. The EVE Muse 3D capture and its five light sources give the director that profile, with curvature and tissue thickness measured at each point along it, so the map is drawn against your own skull.
The supratrochlear and supraorbital vessels cross this territory, and the consequences of getting a plane wrong here stop being cosmetic. Forehead work at Dear is director-performed without exception, injected layer by layer with the plane confirmed at every entry point.

| Filler (per 1 cc) | Profile | Price |
|---|---|---|
| The Chaeum — forehead | Premium Korean HA, forehead-area rate | ₩180,000 (≈ $130) |
| Belotero (Germany) | CPM multi-density HA, high tissue integration | ₩300,000 (≈ $215) |
| Restylane | Long-established imported premium HA | ₩350,000 (≈ $250) |
| Juvederm | Cohesive imported HA, long-lasting profile | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Specialty-area filler | Any brand, specialty-zone precision rate | ₩500,000 (≈ $355) |
| Every plan | EVE 3D + AI diagnosis · director consultation · aftercare guidance | included |
Published rates as of September 2026; won is what leaves your account and the dollar column is a conversion for reading. Brand and total cc are settled with you in the consultation room, and nothing is added to them on the treatment bed.
And if the scan disagrees with the plan you arrived with, you will hear it before you are on the bed. A forehead that reads flat because the temples have hollowed, or lined because the skin has thinned, is not a forehead that wants gel poured into it — and saying so is cheaper for you and easier for us than fixing an over-filled brow six months later.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended
Your questions, answered in English within one business day.
Three questions decide a forehead plan, and the literature answers all three: where the vessels of the upper face run and which planes are safe to work in, how differently one gel behaves from another once it is under a broad curve, and what is done in the rare event that something has to be undone. The papers listed here are the ones behind those answers, and they are what your director is reasoning from once the EVE 3D + AI scan is up on the screen.
Each entry resolves to a DOI in an indexed journal. Two of them deal specifically with the anatomy of the facial danger zones and with visual complications, which is why forehead work at Dear is mapped in advance and injected slowly.
