The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

A localised contouring injection for the small, stubborn pocket that stays put — planned area by area, in 40 cc units, and only prescribed when it is genuinely the right tool.
Injection lipolysis works on a mapped patch of tissue — the pad under the chin, the roll that sits above a waistband, the soft inner curve of a knee. Nothing outside that border changes. Where the real concern is overall body composition, training, nutrition and time do the work no needle can do, and that is said in the consultation room before a booking is taken.
Precision is the appeal. The injections are placed by hand across a grid your director draws on your skin, so a shallow pocket and a deeper one on the same body can be dosed differently. Change accumulates over the weeks that follow as the treated tissue settles. A plan written as a single dramatic appointment would be describing a treatment that does not behave that way.
One marked area is one 40 cc unit and one line on your quote. Which areas you are offered is settled by examining the tissue at diagnosis, and a plan of one area is as ordinary here as a plan of three.
The soft pad beneath the jaw that blurs a profile in photographs. A small area, and the one where a small change reads most clearly from the side.
The back-of-arm curve that sits outside what training tends to reach. Both arms are usually planned together, so the two sides are read against each other before either is dosed.
The pocket above a waistband or along the side seam. Mapped carefully, because the tissue depth changes across a surprisingly short distance here.
The inner curve above the knee and the upper inner thigh — small, defined targets where a contour line is what people are actually asking for.

The area is the unit that gets priced. That is what lets you check the bill afterwards against the drawing that was on your skin.
Your director marks the edges of the area on your skin before anything is opened. A pocket that is obvious lying down can disappear upright, so the standing map is the one that gets treated.
Inside the marked border the injections are distributed across a grid at a spacing the director sets by tissue depth, going shallower where the fat layer thins over bone and deeper where it carries, because an even spread is what keeps the treated patch smooth as it settles over the following weeks.
Your area gets a likely session count at diagnosis, and the total for that number is quoted in the same conversation, before anything is opened and before you have paid for a first session. If it needs fewer, the course stops there. Nothing is prepaid.

Injection lipolysis is one of several body options at Dear Clinic. When the reading says an area would answer better to a device, or to nothing at all, that is what you are told at diagnosis.
The consultation opens with EVE Muse 3D capture and five-light-source AI analysis, so that what you are pointing at in the mirror is identified as fat volume, as skin laxity or as a body-composition question before anyone reaches for a needle.
Hand placement is the whole technique here. Your session is performed by our directors. They adjust depth as they read the tissue, and the same pair of hands sees your area again at review.

| Unit | Includes | Price |
|---|---|---|
| One area, 40 cc | Mapping, grid placement across the marked area, aftercare guidance | ₩80,000 (≈ $55) |
| Every plan | EVE 3D + AI diagnosis · doctor consultation · follow-up contact | included |
Published rate as of September 2026. A course is priced by multiplying areas by sessions, so the figure worth weighing is the one your director gives you for the whole plan; you stop when the area looks the way you wanted it to. KRW is what you pay and the USD figure is shown for reference. Every rate the clinic charges appears on the full price list, and Sunday and holiday opening explains how repeat sessions are scheduled.
When what you describe is a general wish to be smaller overall, an area of lipolysis is money spent in the wrong place, and it is not the right tool for that goal. The same applies when the reading says your shape is coming from skin quality: a tightening treatment answers laxity, and an injection into the fat layer does not. Results differ between individuals. That judgement is made at diagnosis, before any money changes hands.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

Injection lipolysis has been studied most rigorously for submental fat, which is why this page is written as a course with a review point in it. Alongside the randomised trials sit a safety review and a critical appraisal that weigh the risks of injectable fat reduction openly. Both are listed here on purpose: the aftercare instructions above are drawn from them.
All references carry verifiable DOIs from indexed journals. They describe the general clinical field and no particular preparation used at this clinic. What your own area is likely to achieve is assessed at your diagnosis.
