Can I book a Dear Signature program anywhere else?
Not under these names or in this form. Each was designed inside Dear Clinic, and the staging, the component order and the intervals are the clinic's own protocols — which is precisely why they are called signature. Individual components such as radiofrequency microneedling or hyaluronic acid filler are widely available; the sequence written around your structure is what you are booking here.
What is the difference between D-ARC and Dear Cut?
They treat different things entirely. D-ARC — Decreasing Acnes Solution — is the acne and acne-scar program: CureJet delivery, pico and fractional laser, the Juvelook collagen booster and Potenza radiofrequency microneedling, working the deep layer, then the mid layer, then the surface across staged visits. Dear Cut is the clinic's signature lipolysis injection for the body, mapped across arms, abdomen, flanks and thigh lines and dosed in 40 cc units per area. They share neither purpose nor method, which is why the names are worth keeping straight.
How much do the signature programs cost in Seoul?
The D-ARC core program is published at ₩800,000 (≈ $570), with pico and fractional laser stages quoted after diagnosis where your scar map calls for them. The Dear Cut lipolysis injection is ₩80,000 (≈ $55) per 40 cc area, the bridal course ₩700,000 (≈ $500) for five sessions or ₩1,300,000 (≈ $930) for ten, and the Vital Line from ₩100,000 (≈ $70) per infusion. Filler programs are quoted from their per-cc rates, from ₩130,000 (≈ $95) on the face and ₩500,000 (≈ $355) for specialty body areas.
Can I combine a signature program with another treatment?
Often, and that is one reason the full treatment line matters. A body filler plan may run alongside energy-based body work; a bridal course may sit beside an infusion before the day; scar staging may be paced around lifting sessions. What we will not do is stack two things that compete for the same tissue in the same week. Sequence and intervals are planned in one sitting, for both programs at once.
How much downtime do the programs involve?
It varies by component; the program name tells you very little about it. Infusions have effectively none. Filler work can bruise or swell for a few days depending on the area, with body areas usually asking more patience than the face. Radiofrequency microneedling and laser stages leave redness and a sandpaper texture for a short period, which is why scar staging is spaced. Your director maps the visible days against your calendar before booking.
I have never had a program like this. Where should I start?
Start with the consultation and the 3D reading, and leave the program names to the end of it. First-timers frequently begin with a single component — one infusion, one zone of filler, one microneedling session — so you can see how your skin responds before committing to a sequence. Do men book the signature programs?
Yes. D-ARC is commonly requested by men dealing with acne scarring and enlarged pores, the Dear Cut injection is booked for abdomen and flank lines, and the Vital Line is used across genders for fatigue and recovery. Male skin tends to be thicker and more sebaceous, so depth and energy settings are adjusted for it. Body filler requests are sorted by proportion goals, and gender does not decide them.
Can a program be opened on the day I first come in?
Usually yes. The diagnosis and the consultation happen in the same visit, and if your director confirms suitability the first session can follow immediately. Because the clinic is open 365 days a year including Sundays and public holidays, a weekend start is an ordinary appointment. Later sessions are scheduled around your travel wherever the program's intervals allow it.
