Neither system reaches the SMAS. Monopolar RF spreads its heat through the dermis, while the deep support layer that a surgical lift moves sits below where either device does its work. Tip tier is set from measured skin thickness and the laxity map, and the shot count is written onto the plan you sign off.
Both platforms stand in the same treatment corridor and both sit on the published list, so the tier that reaches your plan follows your skin thickness and the shot count the area needs.
Density is sold in 300-shot sessions: ₩700,000 on the Classic tip, ₩900,000 on High, ₩1,300,000 on Alpha. A 600-shot Alpha session is ₩2,000,000, against ₩1,900,000 for the 600-shot Thermage tip — at the top of the range the two nearly meet.
Where the scan reads a thinned dermis over the cheek, your director drops a tier and covers the area more widely. Burns and blistering are the named risks of monopolar RF and they follow stacked energy, so spreading the shots is the safer route to the same firmness.
Dear Clinic has held Thermage certification for three consecutive years and fits genuine tips. Density runs under the same directors. The certified consumable carries the energy profile, which is why the tip matters as much as the console.

There are two bookings we turn down on this page. The first is RF for descent: if the scan shows the jaw outline has dropped rather than slackened at the surface, neither device reaches that layer, and we decline the session and quote Ultherapy Prime at ₩400,000 per 100 shots or Shurink Universe at ₩150,000 per 300 shots instead. The second is the Alpha tip on skin the scan reads as thin, where we book the Classic tier and review the result before anyone talks about stepping up.
