The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

A physical lift with fine absorbable threads — anchoring sagging tissue and redrawing the jawline immediately, then leaving collagen behind as the threads dissolve. Placed by vector, only when it fits your face.
Energy devices heat tissue until it firms. A thread lift moves it. The director plans a vector for each thread — the direction of pull — and anchors it so descended skin is carried back along that line. Dear Clinic uses PDO/PCL barbed threads at ₩100,000 (≈ $70) each and, where firmer fixation is called for, Silhouette Soft cone threads at ₩400,000 (≈ $285) each. Thread type, count and vector are drawn from your face at diagnosis; there is no fixed package here.
Each thread is given a direction of pull, and those directions are drawn on your 3D scan before anything is inserted.
The commonest reason people come in for threads. Heaviness collects along the jaw, and a vector drawn up and back is what restores the border between face and neck.
Cheek tissue carried back up along an oblique vector, so the fullness sits where it used to.
A fold deepens because the tissue above it has descended onto it. Threads address the cause by lifting that tissue, which is why a fold treated this way behaves differently from one filled.
Thin, mobile tissue that holds a vector less firmly. Thread choice and depth change accordingly.

Thread count is the least interesting number in this procedure. What decides the outcome is the direction each thread pulls and where it is anchored, which is why the plan comes in four steps.
From your EVE Muse 3D scan, the director maps where your face has descended and draws the exact direction each thread should pull, so the lift follows your own contour instead of distorting it.
PDO/PCL barbed threads for natural repositioning, Silhouette Soft cone threads where firmer fixation is needed. The type and count are matched to your skin thickness and degree of sag.
Under local anaesthetic, threads are inserted along the planned vectors and anchored so the tissue holds its new position — delicate, symmetric passes, checked side to side.
As the threads absorb over the following months, collagen forms along each path, so firmness continues after the mechanical lift — the part that lasts beyond the thread.

Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX, Density, XERF, Onda, New Titanium and Shurink Universe are all installed in this building. A face showing surface laxity with no real descent is quoted one of those. Threads are for tissue that has moved.
Descent pattern, skin thickness and face shape are read from EVE Muse 3D imaging and its five light sources before a single thread is chosen. The map comes out of that reading, and the count follows the map. At ₩100,000 (≈ $70) per PDO/PCL thread, every extra thread is a line on your quote, so the number is agreed with you rather than discovered afterwards.
Those three variables decide the result. Every pass is performed by our directors and checked side to side before the next thread goes in.

| Thread type | Best for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| PDO / PCL barbed thread | Per thread — natural repositioning of jawline, cheek and folds | ₩100,000 (≈ $70) |
| Silhouette Soft cone thread | Per thread — firmer bidirectional fixation for stronger lift | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Every plan | EVE 3D + AI diagnosis · doctor consultation · aftercare guidance | included |
Published rates as of September 2026, priced per thread. Your thread count and its total are approved by you before the first insertion, and nothing is added to the count once the procedure has begun. Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX, Density, XERF, Onda, New Titanium and Shurink Universe are all in the building, so the energy alternative can be priced at the same consultation.
Threads move tissue that has dropped. If nothing has dropped yet — if what you see is surface laxity and texture — a thread lift is not the right tool, and your director will quote HIFU or radiofrequency instead. We also do not place threads through skin with an active infection or inflammation at the entry points, and bruising, swelling and a pulling sensation for the first week are part of the procedure even when it goes exactly to plan.

Director-performed treatment is a Dear promise — your procedure is planned and performed by the doctors below.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended
