The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Fine needles carry radiofrequency energy below the surface, where acne scars, open pores and slackening skin actually live — with a pumping tip option that delivers a booster at the same time.
Two things happen at once with every pass: the needle itself makes a micro-channel that the skin must repair, and the radiofrequency adds heat at a chosen depth. That combination is what lets the treatment reach a scar floor or a pore wall while the surface stays comparatively intact, which is why recovery here is counted in days where a fully ablative resurfacing is counted in weeks.
Needle depth and energy are not fixed numbers on a brochure. They are set by your director for each zone of your face, because a firm rolling scar on the cheek and thin skin along the jaw do not want the same treatment even in the same session.
Depth, energy and pass count are mapped zone by zone from your diagnosis — a scarred cheek and a thin temple are never treated identically.
Rolling and boxcar depressions left by old breakouts, rebuilt from underneath across a course of sessions while the surface is left largely alone.
Open pores on the nose, inner cheeks and T-zone, where heating the surrounding support structure tightens how wide the opening reads.
Skin that has lost its snap and reads a little crepey up close, firmed by the collagen response the heat provokes. Nothing is pulled or anchored.
Thick, shine-prone skin with rough texture, where controlled dermal heating is used to refine the surface over a course of visits.

Standard tip is energy alone. The pumping tip drives 5 cc of Juvelook or exosome solution into the channels as they are made, at the same depth the heat is delivered.
The classic configuration: needles deliver radiofrequency at the mapped depth and the skin rebuilds from the repair response. This is the workhorse for scar and pore courses.
The pumping configuration drives a solution into the channels as they are made — at Dear, 5 cc of Juvelook or 5 cc of an exosome solution — so the ingredient lands in the layer being treated instead of sitting on top of it.
Deep scarring often wants energy first; dull, thin or dehydrated-looking skin often benefits from the booster combination. Your director recommends one, explains why, and does not upgrade you by default.

RF microneedling stands beside resurfacing lasers, scar-release procedures, boosters and lifting devices here. Deep tethered scarring is routinely sent to a combination instead. Which room is free that afternoon changes nothing about the plan.
Scar type, pore density and skin thickness are read from EVE Muse 3D imaging with five-light-source AI analysis, and the depth map for every zone of your face is drawn from those measurements before a tip is loaded, because a fixed protocol would treat your temple at the same depth as your cheek.
Needle work rewards patience. Your session is performed by your director, who resets depth and energy at each zone boundary and spends the additional passes on the scarred cheek — which is why a full face takes longer here than a single-protocol run.

| Session | Includes | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard tip | RF microneedling with depth and energy mapped per zone | ₩250,000 (≈ $180) |
| Pumping tip + booster | Same session with 5 cc Juvelook or 5 cc exosome solution delivered into the channels | ₩500,000 (≈ $355) |
| Every plan | EVE 3D + AI diagnosis · doctor consultation · aftercare guidance | included |
Published rate as of September 2026. Scar work runs as a course, so the likely number of sessions for your pattern — and what a realistic endpoint looks like — is put to you at diagnosis and revised as the skin responds. Rates for every treatment sit on the price list. The treatment rooms run every day of the year, Sundays and public holidays included.
A face that is still breaking out is one we do not treat. Active inflammatory acne is calmed first, because driving needles and heat through inflamed skin invites infection, prolonged redness and fresh post-inflammatory pigment. Deep tethered ice-pick and boxcar scarring is the other limit worth stating plainly: energy on its own tends to under-deliver there, and the plan you are offered will pair it with subcision or resurfacing. Results vary between individuals, build gradually, and are assessed again as your course progresses.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

Fractional radiofrequency delivered through microneedles has been studied for atrophic acne scars and enlarged pores in randomised trials, split-face comparisons against fractional CO2 lasers, real-world observational series and meta-analysis. Several of these studies were conducted in Asian patients, which is directly relevant to treatment planning at a Seoul clinic.
