The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Sweat that soaks a shirt before a meeting starts is not a willpower problem. Botulinum toxin interrupts the signal that tells sweat glands to switch on — temporarily, in the area treated.
This is a management treatment. Excessive sweating is interrupted in one mapped area, for a period of time, and returns as the effect wears off; the glands themselves are left exactly as they were. What the treatment buys is control during the months you most need it: a Seoul summer, a wedding, an interview season, a job that keeps you in front of people.
Three things stop a booking here. Sweating that began suddenly, that affects one side only, that wakes you at night, or that arrives alongside weight loss and fever is a question for a physician before it is a question for us, and we decline the session until that assessment has happened. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, a neuromuscular condition and blood-thinning medication each change the plan or rule the injection out. And where a clinical-strength antiperspirant has never genuinely been tried, that is the cheaper step that comes first.
Two measurements set the block count: how wide the sweating zone runs, and how heavily it runs. Both are taken at consultation, and neither is inherited from a package.
The most common request here by a wide margin. A shallow grid covers the damp zone on both sides within one session, and because underarm skin is even and the sweat border marks clearly, this is where the reduction usually reads most uniformly across the area. The block count is stated to you before the first point goes in.
Hands that leave damp marks on paper, feet that slide inside a shoe: both are thick, densely supplied skin, so numbing and pacing are agreed with you before anything starts. Palms are dosed conservatively for a specific reason — a temporary sense of weaker grip is a recognised effect where the dose sits near the small muscles of the hand.
Dosing stays deliberately light near the brow. Diffusion beyond the mapped zone here can leave a heavy-feeling eyelid or a few weeks of asymmetry.

The injection itself is quick. Working out where the sweating zone actually ends is the part that decides whether the reduction comes out even.
Your director works out where sweating is heaviest and where it stops, from your own account of it, from what the area looks like, and from where marks appear on clothing. Treating a zone that is too small leaves an active fringe, and everyone notices a fringe.
Points are placed in a regular pattern just under the skin surface across the mapped zone. Even spacing is what produces an even reduction; clustering the dose leaves dry patches next to wet ones.
Underarms are usually straightforward under topical numbing. Palms and soles are more sensitive, so comfort measures and pacing are agreed with you before the first point, and the session can be paused at any stage without argument.
Sweating serves a purpose, so the target is a manageable reduction across the mapped zone and never the largest dose an area will absorb. The risks are named at consultation in plain order: small bumps and redness at the points, an occasional bruise, uneven reduction in the first days, a mild increase in sweating outside the treated zone, and — where the dose sits close to working muscle, as it does in the palm — temporary weakness in that muscle.

The same molecule is used at Dear Clinic for wrinkle work, square jaw, skin botox, salivary gland, sweat zones and trapezius. Two tiers are stocked, Korean and premium imported; the tier is your choice at the same mapped block count.
Diagnosis opens with EVE Muse 3D imaging under five light sources and AI analysis, and continues into a director consultation that works through your history, your medication and the pattern your sweating actually follows through a week — including the question of whether an injectable is the right answer at all, which is a question we answer both ways.
A wide grid over sensitive skin rewards one consistent hand. Your session is director-performed, so the spacing you were shown on the map is the spacing that reaches your skin.

Priced by the unit, because sweat zones are not the same size. A wide, heavily sweating underarm and a small forehead zone do not need the same amount, and a flat "per area" figure hides that gap in one direction or the other. Blocks are counted openly, you see the count before treatment, and unused blocks are not charged for. Published rates as of September 2026; KRW is what you pay, USD is shown for reference. Every published rate is on our price list, and if you are visiting Seoul on a short trip, our 365-day schedule covers Sundays and public holidays.
What the injection does not do is worth stating plainly. It does not cure hyperhidrosis, it does not reach beyond the zone that was mapped, and it wears off. Some people notice slightly more sweating in untreated areas; that possibility is discussed before you start, and it is one reason the treated zone is defined tightly. If your work depends on fine hand control — musicians, surgeons, athletes — say so before palms are planned.
Response varies between individuals and between areas on the same body. It is measured at your review and never promised in advance.
Director-performed treatment is a Dear promise — your procedure is planned and performed by the doctors below.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

Botulinum toxin type A has been studied and reported in the peer-reviewed literature for decades, from the first clinical applications through international consensus work on injection practice and detailed pharmacological reviews of how licensed products differ from one another. That body of work informs the dilution, depth and dosing discipline our directors apply when treating sweat-prone areas.
