What exactly is an IV wellness program?
A defined mix of vitamins, antioxidants or amino acids delivered intravenously over about twenty minutes, prescribed after a medical screening. At our clinic it is framed as wellness support alongside sleep, nutrition and your existing skin plan — not as therapy for a diagnosed condition, and not as something everyone needs.
Is there real evidence that these infusions work?
The evidence is still emerging and it is uneven. Glutathione for skin brightening has been reviewed in the literature with mixed conclusions and questions about the adequacy of intravenous safety data, and consumer intravenous vitamin therapy in general has been examined critically. The references sit at the bottom of this page so you can read the state of the science before you choose.
Does the Glow Reset program whiten skin?
No, and we will not describe it that way. Glutathione is an antioxidant associated with skin-brightening support, and published reviews disagree about how much visible difference it makes. If pigmentation is your actual concern, a treatment that acts directly on pigment is what we will recommend, and that is what your consultation will steer you towards.
How long does a session take, and is there downtime?
About twenty minutes, seated, with no anesthesia. You can return to work, sightseeing or dinner immediately afterwards. Some people feel briefly drowsy, so plan accordingly if you are driving straight after.
How much does the Dear Vital Line cost?
Programs run from ₩100,000 (≈ $70) per session for Dear Glow Reset and Dear Recovery Charge, ₩150,000 (≈ $105) for Dear Energy Booster, and ₩200,000 (≈ $145) for Dear Slim Balance or Dear Daily Nutrition. Prices exclude VAT as published by the clinic; ask us to confirm the final figure before your session.
Which program should I choose?
That is decided at consultation. Skin-focused goals point towards Glow Reset, accumulated fatigue towards Recovery Charge or Energy Booster, body and circulation goals towards Slim Balance, and general nutritional balance towards Daily Nutrition. If your goal is better served by something outside this line, we will say so.
How often can I have one?
Frequency is set individually after screening, based on your health, what else you are having done and how you responded last time. We do not sell open-ended courses of infusions, and we do not encourage a schedule you have no medical reason to keep.
Are there side effects?
Redness, bruising, swelling or pain at the injection site can occur and is usually temporary, and some people feel drowsy or tired for a short period. Allergic reactions are uncommon but possible, which is why history and medication are reviewed first and why you should contact us immediately if you suspect one.
Who should not have an IV program here?
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, taking anticoagulants, or with a history of allergy needs consultation before any infusion is considered, and some people will simply be advised against it. Existing conditions and current medications are reviewed as a matter of course, and a director can decline the program.
Can I combine an infusion with a treatment on the same visit?
Often yes, and many patients do it while they are already at our clinic for lifting, skin or filler work. The combination is confirmed by your director, who decides the order and whether the same day makes sense at all.
Can I have it on the day I arrive in Seoul?
Usually yes, subject to the screening. Consultation and infusion together fit comfortably into an hour, and we are open 365 days a year including weekends and public holidays, which suits short trips and tight itineraries.
Do international visitors pay more for a Vital program, and how do I book one from abroad?
No. The same published list applies to everyone, from ₩100,000 (≈ $70) for Dear Glow Reset to ₩200,000 (≈ $145) for Dear Slim Balance and Dear Daily Nutrition, with KRW as what you pay and USD shown only as an approximate reference.
