The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Volume that exercise can't reach, and a waistline that reads slimmer for it. Dear does more than fill the hollow: the flow between pelvis and hip is connected so the whole side silhouette gains dimension, built layer by layer under real-time ultrasound.
Layering is the whole job here. Because the body is a wider field than the face and its tissue sits deeper, the safe injection depth and the possible dose range change from one part of the pelvic zone to the next, which is why Dear works to a strict "minimum unit dose per zone" principle — hyaluronic acid distributed across the correct Deep, Mid and Superficial layers to 0.1 cc precision so the volume stays smooth instead of collecting in one place. The injection itself takes roughly 15 to 30 minutes.
Hip dip, pelvis and hip aren't treated in isolation — they're mapped from your EVE 3D diagnosis as one connected silhouette.
The inward dent between pelvis and outer thigh is filled with layered volume so the side line reads smoother and fuller.
The dip is only half the job. The transition from pelvis to hip is connected so the curve runs continuous and dimensional.
By restoring volume below the waist, the waistline itself reads visually slimmer and more defined in proportion.
Height, width and the central axis of the pelvis are checked so both sides balance for an even silhouette.

The hollow you see in a mirror behaves quite differently once you sit down or lie on a bed, which is why the pelvis gets its own four-stage protocol here — read in structure, built in depth, matched side to side and judged as a whole silhouette.
Pelvic width, the slope of the rim and the way the line flows from waist to thigh are read in detail before anything is planned. A hip dip is a structural feature — bone position, muscle bulk and the point where soft tissue attaches — so the same hollow can look unmistakable from one angle and all but vanish from another. Nothing is planned from a single view.
Depth is built from below upward. Volume enters layer by layer, in stages, so the correction moves with your own tissue when you walk, sit and turn instead of riding on top of it as a shelf, and so no single deposit is large enough to feel firm under the hand. Gel for each layer is picked on particle structure, viscosity and elasticity.
Pelvic tilt and the side you habitually stand on mean the two hollows are almost never the same depth, so height, width, slope and the central axis are each checked before a dose is fixed for either side. Copying the left figure across to the right is how a body result goes wrong. Each side carries its own number.
The closing stage joins waist, pelvis, hip and outer thigh into one curve, so the line falls smoothly from behind, from the side and at 45°. Those are the angles you meet in a mirror and in photographs. A hollow only means something in relation to what sits above and below it.
Depth is the difficulty here. Each zone's gel is delivered under real-time ultrasound guidance, so the injector confirms where the product is going while it goes in. Hyaluronic acid is the material because the body breaks it down over time and reactions to it are uncommon. You are buying a silhouette, and it has to work sitting down.

A hollow that is mostly bone gets described as mostly bone. A goal that volume cannot deliver is declined at diagnosis, before anything is paid for.
An EVE Muse 3D capture with five-light-source analysis puts figures on pelvic span, the depth of each hollow and the tilt between the two sides, and you review that record before a single cc is agreed. Memory is a poor instrument for a shape that changes between standing and lying down. Each zone is then given its own minimum unit dose, worked to 0.1 cc.
The pelvic zone is deep, constantly in motion and crossed by nerve and vessel structures that give away nothing at the surface. Design and injection are both performed by your director, who reads the subcutaneous fat layer as the working plane and commits each 0.1 cc to the map instead of topping up by feel.

| Hip dip filler — specialty area | Premium HA, body-zone precision rate, per 1 cc | ₩500,000 (≈ $355) |

| Every plan | EVE 3D + AI diagnosis · director consultation · ultrasound-guided injection · aftercare | included |
Published rate as of September 2026; KRW is the amount charged and USD is shown for orientation only. Since the two sides are usually dosed differently and the pelvis takes noticeably more volume than any facial zone, a number is put on it after the diagnosis and never before. You sign off the brand and the final cc, and nothing turns up on the day that was not on that plan.
Filler softens the hip dip. It does not delete it, because the shape is largely set by bone position and by where soft tissue attaches to the frame. If the picture in your head is not something volume can produce, you will hear that at diagnosis and be pointed toward whatever can — a lifting protocol, a booster, or simply leaving the line alone.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended
Your questions, answered in English within one business day.
Filling a pelvic hollow raises a different set of questions from filling a face even though the material is identical: how a gel behaves under load in deep tissue, which plane can defensibly hold it, and what the response is when product ends up somewhere unintended. Those are the questions the papers below cover, and they are what your director works from in choosing brand, plane and volume once the EVE 3D + AI diagnosis is done.
Every entry resolves to a verifiable DOI in an indexed journal. The literature is written around the face, because that is where controlled data has been gathered; what genuinely transfers to the pelvis is the rheology, the vascular-safety principles and the hyaluronidase evidence, and those are the grounds on which it is cited here — not a suggestion that hip-specific trials exist.
