A rare, genuinely specialized procedure. A thin, receding or wrinkled earlobe is rebuilt with layered hyaluronic acid — plumped, angled forward and, when a piercing has stretched the hole, supported from within.
Earlobe work is a small share of most filler practices. The earlobe folder is the largest single set in our before-and-after archive — 17 case images, more than any other procedure we photograph — and that weight of repetition is where the protocol below came from. Anatomically the lobe is a thin dermis over almost no fat pad, so gel delivered as one bolus has nowhere to disperse and can be felt through the skin as a bead. Depth decides this one. The cc total barely moves it.

A flat or shrunken earlobe with little volume is gently plumped so it reads full, soft and youthful again.
An ear that lies back and is barely visible from the front is volumized and angled forward to a more natural presentation.
Fine creasing and loss of firmness across the lobe are smoothed as the tissue is filled and supported.
A piercing that has widened or sagged over years is supported from within, firming the surrounding tissue so earrings sit better.
Because the lobe is thin and product gathers so easily, ear filler runs as its own protocol inside the Dear signature filler sequence, with the left and right designs written against each other from the first measurement.
We read the lobe's outer contour, lower line and central curvature, then map how much fullness each earlobe actually needs — because left and right are rarely identical, and the goal is a matched, balanced pair.
The earlobe has a thin tissue layer where filler gathers at one point too easily. HA is therefore distributed across the Deep, Mid and Superficial planes in 0.1 cc increments, so the fill spreads through the tissue instead of sitting as a single deposit.
Width, thickness and tilt are checked side to side, along with the flow into the ear line above, so both lobes match and the correction reads as one continuous, natural form.
We account for how the line folds or drops when an earring is worn — and, where a piercing has stretched, reinforce the surrounding tissue so the hole is supported and jewelry sits cleanly.
Every plan is executed to 0.1 cc precision across the Deep, Mid and Superficial layers. On a surface this small the whole margin for error is a fraction of one syringe, so each increment is read back against the opposite lobe before the next one is placed.

Hyaluronic acid rebuilds a lobe that has lost volume; thin, creased lobe skin is a dermal problem and answers to a collagen-stimulating booster instead. Both shelves are stocked in this building, so the reading decides which one your ears are sent to.
Ears are seldom a matched pair. The EVE Muse 3D reading records each lobe by itself under five light sources — thickness, curve, how far it stands off the head, how far the left has drifted from the right — and the design is written from two sets of measurements.
With almost no fat pad beneath it, a lobe gives a misplaced bead nowhere to disappear, and it can be found through the skin with a fingertip by you or by anyone who leans in to hug you. The injection is performed by our director, in 0.1 cc increments through the deep, mid and superficial planes, with the two ears held against each other before the design is called finished. This one is never delegated.

Both lobes together rarely call for more than one syringe, so an ear quote usually lands below the figure people brace for; if your design needs a second, that is said at the reading and not at the desk afterwards. Rates published September 2026. KRW is the amount you pay and the USD figure is a reference conversion. You sign off the brand and the total cc first, and nothing is added once the treatment has started.
Some ears we do not recommend treating. If the creasing you dislike turns out to be a skin-quality problem and the lobe still holds its volume, the filler is declined and a collagen-stimulating booster is prescribed in its place. If what you want is a differently shaped ear — a folded rim corrected, a lobe repositioned against the head — that is a surgical question and hyaluronic acid cannot answer it. Either verdict comes at the reading.

The earlobe never appears on the classic facial danger-zone maps, yet the discipline that produced those maps is exactly what a lobe design borrows: know which plane the needle is in, pick a gel whose measured stiffness belongs in that plane, and keep a route back open.
