What does 300 shots actually cover?
It depends entirely on the map. A jawline-only round can absorb almost the whole block; a face planned across brow, mid-face and jaw splits it three or four ways and covers each more thinly. That is why the allocation is drawn before the session and shown to you, so you can see which zones your 300 are going to and which are being left for a later round.
Does Shurink Universe hurt?
You feel heat and a deep prickling as each line of energy is placed, strongest over bone along the jaw and brow. Topical numbing goes on first, and your director changes the pace and the setting when a zone reads sharper than the rest.
Is there downtime after Shurink Universe?

Can Shurink be combined with Thermage or another radiofrequency treatment?

For a face that is both loose and slack the two are often planned together, because the energies work at different depths: focused ultrasound is aimed at the deeper supporting layer, while radiofrequency heats broadly through the dermis for firmness and texture. Sequence and spacing come out of the scan, and nothing is bundled — the 300-shot block and the radiofrequency tip are billed as the separate things they are.
When is Shurink the wrong choice?
When the descent has gone past what surface-level tightening can hold, when the real problem is lost volume, or when your scan shows a fatty pocket that a contouring device would answer better. In each of those cases we do not recommend adding 300-shot rounds, and the plan moves to another machine on the same list. Active infection or a broken surface in the treatment zone postpones the session, and it is not performed during pregnancy.
