The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

For the lower-face fullness that sits below the ear and behind the jaw, in the cases where the parotid gland is what makes the outline wide.
The reason this treatment exists as its own category is that three completely different tissues produce a similar-looking wide lower face. A thick chewing muscle makes the jaw angle square. Fat and skin laxity blur the line underneath. And an enlarged parotid gland pushes out slightly higher and further back, closer to the earlobe. They look alike in a mirror and respond to entirely different treatments — which is why the diagnosis matters more here than the injection does.
The same special-area pricing tier covers our other precision zones around the mouth — mouth corners, the nostril area and gummy smile work — because they share the same requirement: small, exactly placed doses in anatomy where a millimetre of drift changes the outcome.
"My lower face looks wide." Here is what we are actually separating during your diagnosis.
Fullness sitting high and back, close to the earlobe, often soft to the touch and unchanged when you clench. This is the case salivary gland treatment is for.
Fullness at the jaw angle that hardens visibly when you bite down. That is muscle bulk, and it is addressed by jaw treatment instead — a separate plan, separate rate.
Softness that pools along and under the jawline and shifts when you lie back. Toxin will not change it. That is a lifting or contouring problem, quoted on its own rate.
A genuinely wide mandibular angle. No injectable narrows bone, so where the width is skeletal we decline the injection and explain what does and does not change it.

The parotid sits beside the nerve that moves your face and the muscles that let you smile. Everything about this protocol is built around that fact.
Your director palpates the gland border with your jaw relaxed and then clenched, marking where glandular fullness ends and muscle begins. Both sides are compared, because asymmetry here is common and a symmetric dose on an asymmetric face creates a new problem.
Injection points are kept within the marked gland body and away from the muscles of expression. Placement is deliberate and unhurried — this is the zone where a rushed injection shows up later as an uneven smile.
We under-dose the first plan on purpose and top up at review, because dry mouth and chewing comfort matter as much as the outline. Adding at review is easy; unwinding an overdose is only possible by waiting.
Because saliva has a job — digestion, oral comfort, dental protection — the goal is a measured reduction in gland activity, never the maximum reduction achievable. If your history includes dry mouth, swallowing difficulty, dental problems or a neuromuscular condition, tell us at consultation; that may change the plan or rule the treatment out.

Jaw treatment, lifting platforms and contouring options are all in-house here. Each of the four causes carries its own published rate, and in practice a large share of these consultations end on one of the other three lines.
Your EVE Muse 3D scan records the lower-face outline from every angle and quantifies left-right difference before anything is injected, so the review afterwards compares like with like instead of relying on memory.
Without exception, special-area work this close to the facial nerve is director-performed at Dear Clinic. Both gland borders are marked before the first point is placed.

What the special-area rate covers. These areas are priced for the mapping, for the anatomy involved and for the fact that a director performs them, so the rate does not track how much product is used. Jaw and wrinkle treatments sit on their own rates, so a combined plan is quoted line by line before you agree to any of it. Published rates as of September 2026; KRW is what you pay, USD is shown for reference. Every rate we publish is on our full price list.
Most people who arrive asking for this leave with a different prescription, because the examination points to muscle, to laxity or to bone. That is normal here. Where the gland is not the cause, we do not recommend the injection and say so at the diagnosis. Persistent one-sided swelling, pain or a firm lump is a medical matter, and we refer you for evaluation instead of treating it. The risks named at consent are bruising and tenderness at the injection point, a drier mouth while the effect is active, a change in chewing comfort, and temporary asymmetry when you smile if any of the dose reaches muscle instead of gland.
Individual results vary with gland size, dose and anatomy, and are assessed at your diagnosis.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Wonderful experience — friendly, professional staff, clear consultation with a thorough skin analysis, and visible results after my treatment; the clinic is clean and communicates aftercare clearly, highly recommended

Botulinum toxin type A is one of the most extensively documented agents in clinical practice, from the early reports that established its aesthetic use through international consensus work on injection technique and pharmacological reviews of how the available products differ. This literature underpins the conservative dosing and precise placement our directors apply in special areas such as the parotid gland.
