The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Where your eyebrow sits is a standing balance between one muscle pulling it up and several pulling it down. A toxin brow lift works by taking strength off the downward side. It is a small, temporary shift in that balance, and the size of it is read from your own face. Priced as a wrinkle area from ₩30,000.
That is why the treatment is possible at all, and also why it has a firm ceiling. Nothing is added, nothing is tightened and no tissue is moved. All that changes is how hard the downward pullers can pull, and the elevator then does what it was already doing against less resistance. A brow being actively dragged by strong depressors has room in that ledger. A brow sitting low because of bone, fat distribution or skin redundancy has none, since none of those answers to a signal at a nerve ending.
The examination therefore starts with a measurement: the distance between the brow and the lid margin, what it does when you frown hard, and what it does when your upper face is fully relaxed. A brow that climbs the moment you stop frowning has depressor tone to release. A brow that sits in the same place whatever you do with it is telling you the answer already. Every application of this molecule offered at the clinic is set out under botox in Cheongdam, and the way zones are counted for injection work is on the wrinkle botox page.
Two placements do the work, and they answer different halves of the brow.
A small quantity placed into the ring muscle beneath the outer end of the brow removes its downward pull there. The elevator works over that segment unopposed, and the brow tail settles a little higher.
The group between the brows pulls the inner ends together and down. Softening it lets the brow head sit more openly and takes the scowl out of a resting face, which reads as an opened eye even where height barely changes.
Treating the sheet that lifts the brow works against the whole point. Where a forehead is treated in the same plan, the band nearest the brow is handled with restraint so the elevator keeps the strength the lift depends on.
Both placements are small, precise and superficial, marked on your own face while the relevant muscle is engaged. You are asked to frown hard, to squeeze your eyes shut and to hold a neutral face, because the points sit differently on a brow whose tone is at the head and one whose tone is under the tail.
Managing expectation is most of the consultation. Patients who have seen a surgical brow result and expect an injection to reproduce it are told plainly that the two work on different scales, that the injection is temporary, and that it lifts by releasing a pull instead of by repositioning tissue. Those who simply want a resting face that looks less severe often get the most out of it, since that change comes from the inner group and does not depend on height.
Two things also change without any lift occurring. Taking the scowl out of the brow head alters the expression a resting face broadcasts, which people notice more reliably than height. Releasing the tail can also restore a brow shape the depressors had flattened, so the arch reads better even where the measurement barely moves.
This is one of the requests most often declined here, and the reason is always the same: the finding on the day is not a depressor problem. Saying so costs nothing, because the treatments that do answer those findings sit on the same floor and the same list.
The specific risk of working under a brow tail is that product spreads into the sheet lifting the brow, producing the opposite of what was intended and leaving the brow lower than it started. Working close to the orbit risks reaching the muscle that raises the upper lid, which leaves a lid heavy and a lash line lower on one side. An uneven map creates or exaggerates asymmetry between the two brows, and treating part of the elevator while its edges keep working can pull the outer brow into a peak patients describe as startled. All are temporary, all wear off on the product’s schedule instead of yours, and that wait is the argument for a light first plan.
The ordinary reactions are those of any injection in this region. Bruising is common around the brow because the tissue is well supplied with small vessels, and pinpoint redness, small swellings at the entry points and a headache in the first day or two happen. Tell your director about blood-thinning medication or supplements, and report a heavy lid, a dropped brow or two sides behaving differently as soon as you notice it. Results vary between individuals and are assessed on your own examination.
Where the reading says the brow cannot be improved by releasing a pull, the conversation moves to skin and support. The lifting treatments page sets out what tightening reaches, and the lifting guide explains how those instruments are chosen. Where the concern at the outer eye is lines instead of height, the wrinkle botox page covers that mapping.
These two requests pull against each other on the same face, and they arrive together often enough to deserve stating. Smoothing the horizontal lines means reducing the contraction of the only muscle holding your brow up; wanting the brow higher means protecting it. Both cannot be maximised in one sitting, and a plan that pretends otherwise ends in a smooth forehead with a heavy brow.
What is written instead is a priority. Where brow position matters more, the forehead is treated lightly or the band nearest the brow is left untouched, and the depressor work does the visible job. Where the lines matter more, the brow expectation is adjusted downward and you are told by how much. Your director asks which of the two you would protect if only one could be, because the answer determines the map.
The horizontal-line zone, the glabellar zone and the outer eye zone are separate treated areas on the published list, so a plan touching two of them is quoted and approved as two lines. Nothing is bundled, and nothing is added to the map after you approve it.
| Tier | What one treated area covers here | Per area |
|---|---|---|
| Korean | A domestically manufactured botulinum toxin type A, placed in the depressor zone marked on your own face in one sitting | ₩30,000 (≈ $20) |
| Imported | An imported premium-tier type A product, the same marking and the same sitting, for patients who prefer it | ₩150,000 (≈ $105) |
Korean pharmaceutical advertising rules keep prescription toxin product names off public pages, so tiers appear here in place of manufacturers; your director names the product and shows you the vial before it is drawn. The quantity inside an area follows what the examination shows your depressors doing. Rates are identical for residents and for visitors, every published wrinkle tier sits on the price list, and the wider injection ladder is on the botox price page.
Tightening, resurfacing and injectables share one floor and one list here, so a brow that needs something other than an injection is simply told so.
Three-dimensional imaging under five light sources with AI analysis captures the upper face neutral, at a hard frown and with the eyes squeezed shut. How far the brow travels between those frames is the depressor tone available to release, and the brow-to-lid gap is the room available to use it in. Those two numbers decide whether a lift is offered at all.
The map is drawn on your own contracting face, kept clear of the sheet that lifts the brow, and the injections are director-performed. The same director compares both sides against the capture at your review and evens up whatever needs it.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
Send one photograph with a neutral face and one frowning hard — answered in English as soon as possible.
Three references cover the clinical use of botulinum toxin type A on the muscles of the upper face: the first published report of treating the group between the brows with it, an international consensus education initiative on its aesthetic application, and a laboratory account of how the licensed type A products differ from one another.
They establish the mechanism and the product science. They do not measure your brow, they set no dose for it and they attach no height to it; that comes from the capture taken at your own examination.
