The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Twelve botulinum toxin rates are printed on the Dear Clinic list. One wrinkle area opens at ₩30,000 in the Korean tier and the chewing muscle at ₩40,000; skin work is charged by field, and the same list is quoted to residents and to visitors.
| On the list as | What the rate buys | Korean tier | Imported tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wrinkle, one area | One expression group — the frown complex, one forehead, one set of crow's feet, or one brow | ₩30,000 (≈ $20) · ₩60,000 (≈ $45) | ₩90,000 (≈ $65) · ₩150,000 (≈ $105) |
| Square jaw | The masseter on both sides, dosed for a lower face that is wide because of chewing muscle | ₩40,000 (≈ $30) | ₩350,000 (≈ $250) |
| Specialty area | Salivary gland, nostril, temple, a gummy smile or the philtrum — small fields that need mapping accuracy over volume | ₩60,000 (≈ $45) | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Skin botox, one field | Diluted micro-droplets across the jawline, the neck lines or the forehead as a single field | ₩100,000 (≈ $70) | ₩450,000 (≈ $320) |
| Skin botox, full face | The same superficial technique carried across the whole face in one sitting | ₩150,000 (≈ $105) | ₩600,000 (≈ $430) |
Wrinkle treatment has two Korean and two imported steps, and each of the other rows has one imported step. Korean pharmaceutical advertising rules keep product names off a public page, so which manufacturer sits behind each imported figure is shown to you on the printed list at the clinic and explained at consultation. Body dosing and sweat treatment carry their own published rates and are covered on the body dosing page and the sweat treatment page.
A quote at Dear is built from three decisions, and only the third one is yours alone.
An area is an expression group, and a field is a region of skin. One frown complex is an area. A whole jawline is a field. The two are never interchangeable on the list, and a face treated across three expression groups is quoted as three areas.
How many units an area absorbs depends on the size and strength of the muscle under it, which is why two people leave with different plans at the same printed rate. A heavy masseter in a lifelong grinder takes a different dose from a slim one. Conservative first dosing is the house default, because units can be added at review and cannot be withdrawn once they are in.
Every row on the table exists in a Korean and an imported version, and both numbers are in front of you before you decide. They are all botulinum toxin type A, licensed and handled identically in the treatment room; they differ by manufacturer, by formulation detail and by price. The choice stays with you.
Two things drive that figure above a single expression area. A field is dozens of entry points instead of a handful, which is injection time. And a field consumes more diluted product than one muscle does, even though no single point receives much. Imported versions of both fields are on the same list at ₩450,000 (≈ $320) and ₩600,000 (≈ $430).
What the rate does not include is a promise about texture. Skin treatment with a relaxant changes how the surface behaves; it does not resurface scarring, close a pore permanently or replace a laser. Where the reading points that way, we do not recommend the injection and the budget goes to the treatment that reaches the finding instead. The skin botox page covers the protocol in full.
Specialty placements — the salivary gland, a nostril, the temple, a gummy smile, the philtrum — leave the wrinkle row entirely and are quoted from ₩60,000 (≈ $45), or ₩400,000 (≈ $285) imported, because the mapping tolerance in those fields is much tighter.
What a short trip should budget is time instead. Botulinum toxin does not show its full effect on the day it is placed, so a four-day itinerary ends before the result can be judged, and any evening-up belongs to a review appointment that may have to happen after you fly home. Where a visit is that tight, we say so at the consultation and let you decide whether to spend the appointment on something that reads immediately.
Consultation is in English, the full card is on the price list page, and the clinic runs 365 days a year, which the weekend and holiday page covers for anyone scheduling around a flight.
Three starting points people actually arrive with, and where each one lands on the table above.
The Korean tier at ₩30,000 (≈ $20) for a single expression group is the smallest commitment the list allows. You learn how your own muscles respond before spending on a wider plan.
The masseter at ₩40,000 (≈ $30) is the answer only when the width is muscular. Fat, the gland in front of the ear and the bone underneath all look the same in a mirror, and the scan is what tells them apart before money is committed.
Full-face skin treatment at ₩150,000 (≈ $105) is the largest single line among the facial rates here, and it suits an even, superficial finish across regions instead of one crease.
A plan is also allowed to get smaller. If the diagnosis finds that your concern comes from volume loss, from lax tissue or from a crease that sits in resting skin, we do not recommend an injection that day, and you are told which line of the list would actually reach the finding. Declining is written into the same consultation as prescribing.
Nothing on this table is quoted on request.
Three-dimensional imaging under five light sources runs alongside a hands-on examination of how your face behaves when you clench, frown and rest. That reading is what puts you on a wrinkle line, a masseter line, a specialty line or a skin field — four different figures for four different findings. Pricing a treatment before the cause is established is how people pay for the wrong row.
Injections are performed by your director, and a review appointment is booked with you before you leave. Bruising at an entry point, brief swelling and mild asymmetry that needs evening up are the ordinary risks with this molecule; a unit too many at the brow can leave an eyelid feeling heavy, and a point placed carelessly near the mouth changes a smile for several weeks. Dosing low first is how those are managed.

Director-performed treatment is a Dear promise — your procedure is planned and performed by the doctors below.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

A rate card is only meaningful if the dosing behind it is standard practice. The three papers below cover the original clinical description of glabellar treatment, an international consensus initiative on aesthetic technique, and a laboratory comparison of how licensed type A products differ from one another — the last of which is why a tier column exists on the table at all.
