Booking a Skin Clinic from Abroad in Cheongdam, Gangnam, Seoul

What happens to an enquiry written from another country, which details make the answer worth reading, and which parts of the plan wait until a director has your face in front of them.

The Short Answer

How an enquiry written overseas becomes a Cheongdam appointment

One written message opens it. You give a name, a number you can be reached on, an email address, the treatment family you have in mind and a date you would like. English-speaking coordination reads it, anything clinical goes to a director, and the answer comes back to you in English. The date is then held against your name.

Two things travel separately through that process, and keeping them apart is what makes the whole exchange useful. Scheduling is administrative: a date, a floor, a room, a doctor who is on that day. Prescription is medical, and it does not move until the EVE Muse capture has been taken and read. An enquiry can fix the first with a few lines. The second stays open on purpose.

Dear Clinic is entered on Korea's foreign patient care register under number M-2024-01-08-8131, which is printed at the foot of every page on this site. The clinic sits on the fifth and seventh floors of the Namhangang Building in Cheongdam-dong, and the same rate card governs the appointment whether the message came from Seongsu or from São Paulo.

The Form

Every field on the Dear enquiry form, and what each one is actually for

The consultation panel at the foot of this page is the whole channel. Nothing else needs to be installed, registered or signed up for.

FIELD 01

A name, an age band and a number that works abroad

The number field carries an international dialling selector, so a Chilean mobile or a British landline goes in as it stands. The age band is optional and shapes nothing before the capture is taken.

FIELD 02

Where you would like the answer to arrive

The panel lets you choose a reply by WhatsApp, by email or by telephone. Pick the one you will actually see from your own time zone. Written channels suit long-haul enquiries better, because the answer can be re-read and forwarded.

FIELD 03

The treatment family, or a blank you are allowed to leave

The selector lists lifting, facial filler, specialty-area filler, skin boosters and botulinum toxin, and it lists a diagnosis-first option for people who have no idea. Choosing that option costs you nothing in the quality of the reply.

FIELD 04

A preferred date, a time, and two sentences of your own

The date picker opens on a calendar that runs every day of the year. The free-text box is where the concern goes in your own words, which is the part a director reads first when the message reaches them.

A floating button also sits on every page for people who would sooner open a chat window. Both routes reach the same coordination desk, so no faster queue hides behind either one.

What Helps

Five things worth sending when you are writing from another time zone

None of these is required. Each one raises how specific the English reply can be before you are in the building.

Photographs in daylight, unfiltered, from three angles. Front, and then both three-quarter turns, taken by a window with no beauty mode running. They are not a diagnosis and nobody will treat them as one, but they let a director tell you whether your question belongs to volume, to laxity, to pigment or to texture before you buy a ticket.
Everything that has already gone into your face. Toxin, fillers, threads, energy devices, boosters, peels, with rough dates and the country they were done in. A face with a thread from two years ago is planned differently, and the only person who knows that history is you.
Medication, supplements and the conditions that change what is safe. Anticoagulants, isotretinoin taken recently, autoimmune conditions, a keloid tendency, an implanted device, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Any one of these can move a route off the table entirely, and finding that out by message beats finding it out at the counter.
The dates, including the days either side of them. Not only the appointment you want but when you land, when you fly, and what is happening on the evenings in between. Recovery is read against that calendar, and a plan that ignores a Friday-night dinner is a plan you will not follow.
Your budget, said plainly in the message. The card is published in full on the price list, so there is no discovery to be done. Saying what you are prepared to spend simply lets the reply sort the published lines into the order that makes sense for you.
The Limits

What a message from abroad cannot settle, however detailed it is

Three things stay open until you are examined, and each of them is a line we hold, and none of them is softened for the sake of a booking.

A photograph is not an examination, so no diagnosis is issued over a message. Skin laxity has to be felt, muscle bulk has to be palpated, and the depth at which a shadow sits cannot be read off a phone camera. What you get by message is orientation. What you get in the room is a finding.
Any figure named in advance is arithmetic on published lines, and never a commitment. The reply can total the printed rates for the routes you asked about. It cannot promise that those are the routes you will be offered, because the capture has not happened yet and the person who will write your plan has not seen you.
The treatment you name is sometimes the one we decline. People arrive asking for a toxin dose when the issue is volume, or for a booster course when the complaint is pigment sitting deep. Where the request does not match the finding, the director says so, prices the alternative from the same published card, and you keep the right to walk away.
Comfort measures are agreed face to face. How a session is made tolerable depends on the route, the area and you, so it is confirmed at your consultation rather than promised in an inbox.

Our clinic overview sets out what sits on the two floors, and the English-language page covers how the appointment itself is conducted once you arrive.

Named in the Inbox

Three published lines that overseas enquiries ask for by name

Each has its own page, its own printed rate, and its own reason for being requested from a distance.

LineWhy it gets named from abroadWhat the consultation still has to settleListed rate
Ultherapy Prime, 100 shotsIt is the Korean lifting line with the widest international name recognition, delivered with imaging to 8 mm and focal depths of 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mmHow many shots your jaw and mid-face actually take, and whether laxity is the right target at all₩400,000 (≈ $285)
Rejuran Healer, 2ccPolynucleotide injection travels under the name people search for it by, and the volume unit is easy to compare across countriesWhether 2cc is the right volume for your area, and how a course would sit across the days you are here₩300,000 (≈ $215)
Dual laser toning, 1 sessionLow-fluence toning is bought as a per-session line, which makes it the simplest thing to price from a distanceWhether your pigment answers to toning, and how many instalments a realistic course would need₩200,000 (≈ $145)

These three illustrate the shape of a typical first enquiry. The full card is published on the price list, and the lifting, skin booster and laser hubs describe each family properly.

Confirming

Holding the date from overseas,
and what happens to the figure afterwards

An appointment is held on your name and the date you agreed in writing. What you pay and how you pay it is confirmed when the booking is made, so nothing about the money arrives as a surprise later. The total itself is assembled from the published card once the capture has been read, because that is the first moment anyone knows which lines belong in your plan.
One card applies to everyone. There is no visitor rate, no weekend loading and no holiday loading, and settlement happens in Korean won. The dollar figure printed beside a rate on this site follows the exchange rate and is there for orientation.
Tell us if your dates move. The clinic runs 365 days a year, weekday hours are 10:00 to 19:00 and weekend and holiday hours are 10:00 to 16:00, so a shifted flight usually finds another slot instead of costing you the plan.
Where a featured programme banner states that a figure excludes VAT, ask at the consultation. The final number is put in front of you in writing before you agree to anything.
A plan that changes in the room is re-agreed before it is carried out. If the director removes a line, the line comes off the total; if they add one, you see the printed rate for it first.

Where a route turns out to need more visits than your stay allows, we will say so and write down what a later trip would carry. Our same-day page separates what fits one visit from what remains a course.

Dear, Knowhow

Why a booking made from abroad holds its shape once you land

01 — THE FULL ARSENAL

Six treatment categories stand ready, so the answer is never rationed by stock

Lifting platforms, injectables, boosters, pigment lasers, acne work and body routes are all held across the fifth and seventh floors. An enquiry answered from that inventory can say yes to the route that fits, and no equipment on the floor needs your booking badly enough to bend the reply.

02 — DIAGNOSIS FIRST

EVE Muse imaging is what replaces the guesswork in your inbox

Three-dimensional capture under five light sources with AI analysis reads pigment, texture, elasticity and vascular tone. It is the reason a written estimate stays an estimate until you sit down, and the reason the plan you leave with is specific.

03 — DIRECTOR-PERFORMED

The person who answered your questions is the one holding the device

Treatment here is director-performed from the reading through to the last pass. Nothing is handed to a second operator between the consultation and the procedure, which removes the step where a carefully agreed plan usually grows.

Caution

What an overseas booking should account for before the ticket is paid for

Visible recovery has its own timetable and does not negotiate. Bruising, swelling, redness and tenderness follow the route, the needle and your own clotting, and they take the days they take. Ask at the consultation which of them your plan carries, and build the rest of the week around the answer.
The uncommon outcomes are named, and they are named before you consent. A burn, a nodule, infection, asymmetry, temporary numbness, a vascular event on an injectable route, or a pigment change after laser work. Each route carries its own list and your director goes through it with you.
Some disclosures stop an appointment on the day. Active infection or inflammation in the field being treated, pregnancy and breastfeeding, certain implanted devices, anticoagulants, recent isotretinoin. Sending these ahead is cheaper than discovering them after a long flight.
Heat, sun and alcohol come off the schedule for a while. Saunas and jjimjilbang, hot yoga, a beach day on the next leg of the trip and a late night out all press on skin that has just been treated. The length of the pause belongs to your plan and is set by the director who wrote it.
Aftercare does not stop at the airport. Spreading redness, pain that climbs instead of settling, blistering, a colour change that stays, or numbness that will not resolve means writing to us straight away and being seen locally if we advise it.

No figure for how long any result holds is published on this page. Age, sun history, skin type and the route taken all move it, so your director gives a conservative expectation and a review point in place of a number of months. Results vary between individuals.

FAQ

Booking from another country, question by question

How do I book a skin clinic in Cheongdam if I live abroad?
Send one message through the consultation panel on this page with your name, a contact number, an email address, the treatment family you have in mind and a preferred date. English-speaking coordination reads it, a director reviews anything clinical, and the answer comes back in English. The appointment is then held against your name for that date.
What language will the answer be written in?
English. The panel also lets you ask for the answer by WhatsApp, by email or by telephone, so you can pick whichever reaches you reliably from your own time zone. The clinical conversation on the day is held in English too, and coordination sits alongside the director for forms and aftercare notes.
How long does a reply take from overseas?
Coordination replies as soon as possible. Messages sent overnight in Korean time land in the queue for the following working day. If your dates are close, say so in the message itself; urgency written into the text is visible to the person reading it.
Can a doctor tell me what I need from photographs I send?
No. Photographs are useful for orientation and a director will look at them, but laxity has to be felt and muscle bulk has to be palpated, so no diagnosis is issued from an image. Your plan is written after the EVE Muse capture has been taken and read in the room.
Can I get a price quoted before I fly?
You can get published rates totalled for the routes you asked about, which is arithmetic on a card that is already printed on this site. It is not a commitment, because nobody yet knows which lines belong in your plan. Three examples: ₩400,000 (≈ $285) for 100 shots of imaging-guided focused ultrasound, ₩300,000 (≈ $215) for 2cc of a polynucleotide booster, and ₩200,000 (≈ $145) for a dual laser toning session with skincare.
What should I send with my first message?
Unfiltered daylight photographs from the front and both three-quarter angles, a list of everything already injected or lasered into your face with rough dates, your medication and supplement list, and the dates you will be in Seoul including the evenings either side. Budget helps too, because it sorts the published lines into a sensible order.
Do I need a deposit or a Korean phone number to hold the date?
The appointment is held on your name and the date you agreed in writing, and what you pay along with how you pay it is confirmed when the booking is made. The number field on the panel carries an international dialling selector, so a foreign mobile goes in exactly as you use it at home.
Will I be charged more than a Korean patient?
No. One published card governs every appointment, with no visitor rate, no weekend loading and no holiday loading, and settlement is in Korean won. The dollar amount shown beside a rate on this site follows the exchange rate and exists to help you read the card from abroad.
What if the treatment I asked for is not the one you recommend?
Then the director tells you so at the consultation, explains what the capture showed instead, and prices the alternative from the same published card. Where nothing on the card answers the complaint well, we decline and write down what would. You are free to take the plan away and think about it.
Can I book an appointment on a Sunday or a public holiday?
Yes. The clinic runs 365 days a year, with weekday hours from 10:00 to 19:00 and weekend and holiday hours from 10:00 to 16:00, and there is no lunchtime closure. Put the date you want into the picker on the panel and the reply will confirm whether that slot is free.
My flights changed. Can the appointment move?
Write to us with the new dates. Because the clinic is open every day of the year, a shifted departure usually finds another slot instead of costing you the plan. Tell us early if a route needed more than one visit, since the sequence may need rebuilding around the days you now have.
Who answers my questions after I have flown home?
The same coordination desk, in English, and the director where the question is clinical. Describe what you are seeing and when it started. You will be told whether it is expected for your route, what to do about it, and the point at which you should be seen by a doctor where you live.
