The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Jaw and face slimming here is injection and energy work only. Dear Clinic performs no jaw-bone reduction and no orthognathic surgery, so this page maps what a wide-reading lower face can be given when the bone stays untouched — and says plainly when the answer is nothing.
The word that reaches us most often is the marketing word, and the searches behind it split two ways. Some people want the outline that bone surgery produces, which is a procedure Dear Clinic does not perform at any price. Others have a soft-tissue cause that injections and energy can genuinely change. Telling those two apart on day one saves a great deal of money and disappointment, so it is where this page starts.
Every route described below is published on our rate list and carried out in this building, and each has its own detailed page with protocol, dose logic and aftercare.
They feel identical in a mirror and behave completely differently under a finger.
The masseter sits over the jaw angle and thickens with clenching, grinding and chewy diets. It bulges under your fingers when you bite down, and it is the cause most likely to change visibly with an injection.
A soft swelling low and slightly behind the jaw angle, sometimes more noticeable on one side. It is glandular tissue, so toxin aimed at muscle does nothing for it and a separate injection line is used.
Fullness that sits below the jaw and blurs the angle between chin and neck, often persisting at a stable weight. Squeezed gently, it stays soft and mobile, which is how it is told apart from muscle and gland.
Where the jaw line was once continuous, descending tissue now breaks it and the face reads wider at the bottom than at the cheekbone. This is a support problem and it is answered mechanically or with depth energy.
Cause 05, and the one that ends the conversation: a genuinely wide mandible. When the width lives in bone, no injection, thread or energy platform will narrow it, because none of them touch bone. Dear Clinic performs no bone reduction and no orthognathic surgery, and where the reading is bone we tell you at the first visit instead of selling a course that cannot deliver the outline you came in holding a photograph of.
Two causes together is the usual finding, and the plan then runs in sequence with an interval written between the appointments, because judging the first before adding the second is the only way to know which one was doing the work.
Every row below is stocked here, published here, and linked to the page that explains it in full.
Botulinum toxin placed inside the chewing muscle so that the bulk it carries reduces with use. Published at two tiers, Korean and premium imported. Full protocol on the jaw botox page.
The same molecule, a different target and a different depth, on the specialty line that also covers nostril, temple, gummy smile and philtrum work. See the salivary gland page.
Injection lipolysis given per area in published volume steps, for soft fullness that survives a stable weight. See the lipolysis injection page.
Absorbable PDO or PCL threads on a mapped vector, or focused ultrasound at depth in 300-shot sessions. See the thread lift and Shurink Universe pages.

Rates are published in KRW with an approximate USD figure beside them, and visitors pay the same published figures as Korean patients. Toxin rows are listed by tier because the product line changes the rate while the target and the technique stay the same; the full list sits on the published price list.
Read down until one of these sounds like the face in your own photographs.
Four boundaries, stated before you book rather than after you have paid.
Four causes need four unrelated instruments, and all four are stocked at 5F and 7F along with the diagnostic capture that separates them. Because none of them is the one thing we happen to own, a consultation that ends in the cheapest route on the list costs us nothing to give.
Muscle, gland, fat, slack or bone. One finding, then one route.
Toxin placed too superficially over the jaw angle reaches the wrong muscle and can change a smile; placed too far forward it weakens the bite. Your injection is director-performed by the doctor who ran the clench test and marked the field, and that same doctor reviews the result.

Each route moves on its own clock, which is why stacking them in one afternoon helps nobody.
Outcomes differ between individuals and are assessed at your in-person diagnosis.
Two things move a total away from those figures. The first is how many causes your face actually carries, since a two-cause plan is two appointments with an interval between them. The second is your own muscle: a thick masseter takes more units than a slender one, and the unit count is agreed with you before the vial is opened. The tier decision is yours and is made out loud, because the target and the technique are identical across both rows.
Visitors from abroad pay the same published figures as Korean patients, with no surcharge of any kind. Where the cause is descent and the right instrument is imaging-guided ultrasound, the quote follows the shot map from your scan. Consultation and follow-up arrangements are explained at your appointment.
Where the reading is bone, there is no quote at all, because there is no treatment here that would earn it.
Tell your director about neuromuscular disorders, previous toxin or filler in the lower face, implanted electronic devices, bleeding tendencies, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Several of those change the route and one or two rule a session out entirely.
Director-performed treatment is a Dear promise — your procedure is planned and performed by the doctors below.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

The references below cover the three mechanisms this page prescribes. Two describe the properties and clinical use of botulinum neurotoxin type A, three report controlled trials and a safety review of injectable submental fat reduction, and one is a systematic review of micro-focused ultrasound for tightening.
Each entry is given as title, journal and year with a verifiable DOI. Product names appearing in these titles are the agents the authors studied and are not the products used in any individual plan here; none of these papers is evidence of a particular outcome for your own face.
