The thinnest skin on the face sits over the most unforgiving anatomy on the face. That combination is why under-eye filler is quoted in half-cubic-centimetre units here, and why a good number of the people who ask for it are advised against it.
Two facts about that sentence decide almost everything else on this page. First, the volume is tiny: half a cubic centimetre is a fraction of what a cheek or a chin takes, and the difference between a correction and an overcorrection here is measured in fractions of that. Second, the tissue is transparent enough that whatever sits underneath shows through, which is why product choice and depth are a clinical decision and never a preference.
Dear Clinic publishes a single written rate for the eye-area unit, the same figure for Korean patients and international visitors. If this area turns out to be the wrong place to inject, the alternative we run is described further down, and the full range of areas sits on the dermal filler page.
Patients arrive describing one problem. The examination usually finds one of these three, and they are not treated the same way.
A true depression where the lower lid meets the cheek, bounded by ligament below. It deepens with age as the tissue above it thins. This is the finding a small hyaluronic-acid deposit is designed for, and it is the one that photographs so badly under overhead light.
A soft ridge that appears when you smile, sitting immediately under the lashes and formed by the muscle that closes the eye. Some people want it enhanced and some want it softened, and neither request is the same operation as filling a groove beneath it.
A convexity that stays when you lie down, produced by fat that has moved forward through weakened tissue. Adding volume below a bag makes the bag read more sharply. This finding belongs to a surgical opinion, which this clinic does not provide.
Most faces present two of the three at once, in different proportions. The proportions decide whether anything is injected at all, and the examination that sorts them takes about half an hour.
A note on product naming: Eye Light is the eye-area item on our published list, and which of the findings above it is placed for in your case is confirmed by your director in person. We deliberately do not print a fixed indication for it on this page.
The physical properties that separate one hyaluronic-acid product from another are documented in the peer-reviewed literature, and a 2019 paper on the rheologic and physicochemical differences between injectable products is listed at the foot of this page. It is the reason a clinic cannot simply use whatever syringe is open. A firm gel placed under the lower lid can stay visible as a ridge long after the swelling has gone.
There is a second optical problem that only happens here. Hyaluronic acid placed too superficially under very thin skin can scatter light towards the blue end, giving a faint bluish cast known as the Tyndall effect. It is a placement problem before it is a product problem, and the correction is enzymatic, because waiting does not resolve it. That enzyme, hyaluronidase, is stocked in this building.
If you are weighing an injectable against a skin treatment for this area in general terms, the comparison is set out on the filler versus skin booster page, and the wider injectable comparison sits on the botox versus filler page.
The same four signature steps used across our filler work, applied to the smallest volume on the list.
The EVE Muse 3D capture and five-light-source AI analysis are read first, then Dear Shape sets the target form before any syringe is chosen. Under the eye that means judging the groove against the cheek that supports it, because a flattened cheek often creates the shadow that a patient attributes to the lid.
Dear LayerFill assigns deep, mid and superficial doses. Here the answer is usually deep and nothing else, placed against bone, well below the visible layers, at 0.1 cc precision.
Dear BalanceControl compares each side against the whole face. Eyes are rarely symmetrical to begin with, and the plan records the difference before treatment so that the result is read against reality.
Dear LineFit refines the finishing line where the correction meets untreated tissue, so that the edge of the deposit is not a line you can find in raking light.
Under-correcting and reviewing is the policy in this area more than any other. Adding a further fraction of a cubic centimetre at review takes minutes; dissolving an overcorrection is a separate appointment and a separate injection.
The commoner events are less dramatic and worth planning around: bruising, swelling that takes longer to settle here than on the rest of the face, visible lumps or nodules if placement or volume is wrong, and asymmetry between the two sides. All of them are reviewed at the follow-up appointment your director schedules.
Dear Clinic carries the full hyaluronic-acid range, the regenerative boosters and the lifting platforms in one building, so a director who sends you to a different shelf loses nothing by doing it. Filler here is treated as precision craft, and the craft includes knowing when to put the syringe down.

| Item | Unit | What it is for | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eye Light | 0.5cc | Eye-area hyaluronic acid, placed where the examination supports it | ₩500,000 (≈ $355) |
| Rejuran HB / Eye | 2cc | The alternative when the skin needs thickening instead of filling | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
Published rates as of September 2026, shown in KRW with an approximate USD conversion for reference; KRW is what you pay, with no visitor surcharge of any kind. If a second fraction of a unit is needed at the two-week review, you are told the cost before it is used, and it is frequently not needed at all.
Other areas are quoted separately by product and volume on the published price list, and multi-area designs are set out on the full face filler page.
This page carries no before-and-after gallery because we hold no audited in-house case set for the eye area, and labelling a photograph from another treatment as an under-eye result would be a misrepresentation. When a verified set exists it will appear here with the interval and the single treatment named.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

Everything on this page that concerns where the needle goes, what may be placed there and what happens when something goes wrong is drawn from the hyaluronic-acid literature listed below. Three of the five are safety papers, which is the correct proportion for an area this unforgiving, and one covers the upper-face assessment framework that a lower-lid plan is read against.
Each reference is given as title, journal and year with a verifiable DOI. None of them is evidence of any outcome for your own eye area, which is assessed at your in-person examination.
References are provided for information — outcomes vary by individual and are assessed at your diagnosis.
