The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

A face in its forties usually has four findings at once, and the mistake is treating whichever one a website mentioned first. This page is about sequence: which finding to answer before the others, what each step costs at our published rates, and what can safely wait another year.
That ordering matters more here than in any other decade. In the thirties one finding usually dominates and one treatment answers it. In the forties four findings compete, budgets are finite, and the sequence you choose decides whether the money buys a visible change or spreads itself too thin to notice.
Everything named on this page is carried out here and published on our rate list. The individual protocols live on their own pages; this one covers the order and the reasoning, then links onward to each of them.
Naming them separately is the only way to spend a budget in the right order.
The fibrous layer beneath the fat slackens, so the outline that used to hold itself now drifts. It shows first in photographs taken from a three-quarter angle, and it is the finding that energy platforms at depth are built for.
Collagen density falls and the skin holds less water, which reads as fine crepe texture, dullness and makeup that sits on the surface. This is the finding that injectable boosters and dermal-depth energy address.
Glabella, forehead and crow's feet lines that once vanished at rest now stay carved. The muscle is the driver here, so this is a toxin finding and a small one to answer.
Accumulated sun exposure concentrates into patches while the fat compartments of the mid-face thin and sit lower. These are two separate answers: a graded light-based course, and a material that replaces structure.
Hormonal change through this decade affects skin dryness, pigment behaviour and healing speed, and it belongs in the conversation with your own doctor as much as with us. We factor what you tell us into the plan and into how conservatively the first session is dosed.
Where the scan reads a face whose four scores are all within range for its age, we do not recommend starting anything, and a sunscreen conversation is the entire outcome of the visit. That happens more often in this decade than people expect.
Very few faces need all five. The order matters more than the length of the list.
Imaging-guided focused ultrasound at 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm for the deep layer, or monopolar radiofrequency across a thinned dermis when the finding is surface firmness. Which one is a depth decision taken from the scan, not a preference. See Ultherapy Prime and Thermage FLX.
An injectable booster course for a dermis that has thinned, given in cc units and repeated on a rhythm instead of chased when the skin looks tired. See the Rejuran Healer page and the skin booster category.
Botulinum toxin by treated area for lines that have stopped relaxing. In this decade the aim is softening a line while movement is preserved, which is a dose decision made face by face. See the wrinkle botox page.
Hyaluronic acid placed in anatomical layers for a mid-face that has flattened, or collagen-stimulating poly-L-lactic acid by vial where the loss is broad. See cheek filler, the filler category and Sculptra.
Low-fluence dual-wavelength toning sessions with skincare, run as a graded course. Pigment work in the forties rewards patience and punishes aggression, and no session here promises an even tone. See the laser toning page.
Daily broad-spectrum sun protection and a settled home routine. Without those, every line above is being asked to outrun something that runs all day. This is free advice and it is the most cost-effective item on the page.

Rates are published in KRW with an approximate USD figure beside them, and visitors pay the same published figures as Korean patients. Toning is also listed as a multi-session course, and the boosters, fillers and lifting platforms each have further sizes; the complete list sits on the published price list, and the lifting platforms are compared side by side on the lifting category page.
Each mechanism has its own clock, and the calendar is built around those clocks.
Outcomes differ between individuals and are assessed at your in-person diagnosis.
The boundaries belong in the diagnosis, and they are short.
Focused ultrasound, several grades of radiofrequency, the booster line, toxin, hyaluronic acid and collagen-stimulating material, and the toning room are all at 5F and 7F. A clinic that owns one of those categories will find a way to recommend it; owning all of them is what makes a sequence recommendation possible.
Descent, dermis, static lines, pigment. The highest score opens the plan.
A sequence only works if one person remembers what the second step was supposed to answer and what the first one already achieved. Your sessions are director-performed by the doctor who ranked the scores, and the same doctor holds the review at each interval.

Reading that as a shopping list is the expensive mistake. The steps buy different units of different things, and two of them will matter far more for your face than the other three. A budget that funds one properly sized structural session and one booster course usually outperforms the same money spread across five partial steps, and the ranking from your scan is what decides which two.
Visitors from abroad pay the same published figures as Korean patients, with no surcharge of any kind. Multi-session toning courses and the other booster, filler and platform sizes are listed separately. Consultation and follow-up arrangements are explained at your appointment.
If your four scores sit within range for your age, the recommendation is to wait and to keep wearing sunscreen. That answer is given here more often than the page above might suggest.
Tell your director about implanted electronic devices, autoimmune conditions, a history of cold sores, keloid scarring, current medication including blood thinners and isotretinoin, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Several of those change the order of the plan and one or two rule a step out entirely.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

The references below cover the two steps of this plan that carry the largest published literature: energy-based tightening and collagen-stimulating volume restoration. Three examine focused ultrasound or radiofrequency for laxity, and three examine injectable poly-L-lactic acid in the ageing face, including one histology study of its biostimulatory activity over time.
Each entry is given as title, journal and year with a verifiable DOI. The booster, toxin and pigment steps have their own literature on their own pages. None of these papers is evidence of a particular outcome for your face, which is assessed at your in-person diagnosis.
