The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Oil-driven, pitted or stretched — the three reasons a pore reads large need three different answers. There is also a nose-and-T-zone line here for people whose whole complaint fits in one small area.
That distinction is the whole reason this page separates types before it lists prices. Oil volume, a collapsed dermal wall and slack skin produce openings that look similar in a bathroom mirror and answer to completely different tools. Buy the wrong one and the result is a course that never quite lands.
Pores are also the one concern where the treated area can be tiny. Many people are describing the nose and the butterfly zone around it and nothing else, which is why a small-area line exists on the published list at ₩165,000 (≈ $120) instead of a whole-face fee.
Read the shape, the location and what happens by mid-afternoon. Those three tell you more than the size does.
Circular openings clustered on the nose, inner cheeks and forehead, worse by afternoon, refilling within hours of cleansing. The follicle is being stretched from the inside by what it produces. Gland-directed work is the lever.
Sharp-walled, irregular, often in patches where acne once sat. This is not a pore doing pore things; it is an atrophic scar the size of one. Collagen has to be rebuilt in the dermis for it to move.
Elongated openings on the outer cheeks that lengthen when you look down into a mirror. Surrounding support has loosened and gravity is pulling the opening out of round. Firming the field is the job; deep-cleaning does nothing for it.
The pore itself is unremarkable but the skin beside it is rough and dull, so every opening casts a shadow. Here the useful work is on the surface and the tone, which is the cheapest correction on this page.
Almost nobody is one clean type. A typical face is oil-driven down the centre and stretched at the outer cheek, with two or three old pitted marks in the middle of it, and the plan gets split across zones accordingly.
The distinction that matters most on screen is pitted versus oil-driven, because those two are priced and treated in opposite directions. A pit needs dermal remodelling over months; an oily follicle needs the gland under it addressed and the result shows far sooner.
The capture is stored and put back on screen at review, which is how a genuinely small change is detected. Pore work moves slowly, and memory is an unreliable instrument for judging it.
Five published lines, including a small-area one that most clinics never quote separately.
| Route | Mechanism | Pore type it answers | Listed rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nose + T-zone pore MLA | Insulated microneedle radiofrequency confined to the nose and the butterfly zone around it, at a small-area fee. | Oil-driven openings when the complaint is the centre of the face only | ₩165,000 (≈ $120) |
| Agnes / PTT / MLA, full face | The same insulated-needle platform across the whole face. Energy leaves the tip only, so the targeted sebaceous gland is heated while the surface above it is spared. | Oil-driven openings distributed across several zones | ₩250,000 (≈ $180) |
| Potenza RF microneedling, standard tip | Fractional radiofrequency delivered through needles into the dermis to remodel collagen around and beneath the opening. | Pitted, scar-type openings and slack, stretched ones | ₩250,000 (≈ $180) |
| CureJet, full face | Needle-free jet injection: pressure carries material through the surface without a needle crossing it. | Tethered, uneven fields where pits sit in a patch | ₩500,000 (≈ $355) |
| Full-face skin botox, Korean tier | Botulinum toxin diluted and placed as shallow micro-droplets across the face, spread in the skin layer instead of concentrated in a muscle. | Oil output and coarse texture when the whole face shines | ₩150,000 (≈ $105) |
September 2026 published rates in KRW with a USD equivalent for orientation. Residents of Seoul and visitors from abroad are quoted the identical line. Which combination your face needs is written out with its total at the consultation, where any fee for products or follow-up care is also explained.
Full pages exist for Potenza, Agnes, CureJet and skin botox. Where the openings turn out to be scars, the sequence on the acne scar page applies instead, and the energy-device category as a whole sits on the laser, pigment and acne hub.
The scan settles it, but the reasoning is short enough to carry in your head.
Your complaint is the nose and the zone immediately around it, the openings are round and refill with oil, and the rest of the face does not bother you. Paying a whole-face fee for that would be buying coverage you do not need, and the small-area line is on the list at ₩165,000 (≈ $120) precisely so you do not have to.
Sharp-walled or elongated openings, old acne territory, skin that has lost some tension. Gland work will not touch these because the gland is not the problem; the wall around the opening is. That is needle-delivered radiofrequency into the dermis, judged over months and not weeks.
Where the scan shows unremarkable openings in rough, dull skin, we do not recommend starting with a pore device at all. Surface work and oil control do more for how the face reads, cost less, and leave the option of doing more later.
The realistic target is openings that read smaller in ordinary light and a surface that scatters less shadow, held there by oil control and maintenance. Nobody here will describe a pore as closed or gone, and any claim of permanence about a follicle is a claim about anatomy that is simply untrue. Published work on fractional microneedle radiofrequency for enlarged facial pores is listed at the foot of this page so you can see the shape of the evidence yourself.
There are named risks. Needle-delivered radiofrequency leaves redness, swelling and pinpoint crusting for some days, with bruising possible on thin skin and a small risk of post-inflammatory pigment in deeper skin tones if the treated area is exposed too early. Gland-directed work can leave the same redness and crusting at treated points. Both carry a small risk of infection if the surface is disturbed while it is healing. Results vary between individuals.
Because the nose-and-T-zone fee sits on the same published list as the whole-face routes, recommending the small one costs us the difference. It is quoted when the scan says that is all your face needs.
EVE Muse 3D capture under five light sources with AI analysis splits the three mechanisms that produce a wide opening. It is also the step that catches the plans worth refusing: pores that are within normal range, or a face too irritated this week to treat at all.
Nose skin, cheek skin and jaw skin do not take the same needle depth or the same energy. Sessions are director-performed so those settings change as the handpiece crosses from one zone into the next.

Comfort measures during the session are confirmed with your director at the consultation. The clinic opens 365 days a year and consultation is conducted in English, so spacing sessions around a work schedule or a trip is usually straightforward.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

One of the five references below is a retrospective observational study of fractional microneedle radiofrequency specifically for enlarged facial pores. Two more examine the same class of device for atrophic acne scars, which is the mechanism behind the pitted type described above, and a meta-analysis covers fractional radiofrequency for acne and acne scars together.
The fifth concerns sebosuppression, and it sits here because oil volume is the driver behind the most common pore type on this page. Each reference resolves through its DOI to an indexed journal.
