The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Very small, very shallow doses placed along the horizontal rings of the neck, or along the vertical cords that stand forward when you tense. It is listed as one skin botox area, from ₩100,000.
Because the sheet is bonded to the underside of the skin and has no bony anchor at its upper edge, every contraction tugs the surface directly. Swallowing does it, turning the head does it, tensing the jaw does it, and looking down at a screen does it for hours at a stretch. A crease that has been folded in the same place that many times stops springing flat between folds, and over years the fold becomes a feature of the resting neck instead of an event in a moving one.
Botulinum toxin type A reduces the signal reaching the fibres it is placed among. On the neck that is done with a dilute preparation and a great deal of restraint, because the target is the shallow layer of the sheet immediately under the crease and nothing deeper. A neck is not a jaw and not a forehead, and a dose written for either of those is the wrong dose here.
This page is the neck on its own. The wider line it is priced under, which also covers the jawline and the forehead, is described on the skin botox page, and the whole family of toxin work sits on the botox category page.
They look related in a mirror and they are treated with completely different injection patterns, so the first job of the consultation is to say which of the two you actually have.
The encircling lines sit where thin skin folds over the sheet beneath it. Small amounts are placed along the length of each ring, kept shallow and kept in the line. The rings that respond best are the ones that deepen visibly when you drop your chin and ease when you lift it.
Grimace deliberately and two ridges may appear running down the front of the neck. Those are the free inner edges of the same sheet, standing proud because there is nothing holding them flat. They are treated along the length of the visible cord while you hold it tense, which is the only moment the cord tells your director exactly where it runs.
A neck that gathers into a fold between two fingers and settles back slowly is not describing a muscle problem at all. There is no injection pattern for that finding, and reading it correctly at the consultation is how you avoid paying for a session that was never going to move it.
Most necks arrive with some of each. Your director photographs the neck at rest, with the chin dropped, and with the sheet deliberately tensed, and the three captures together decide whether the plan is rings, cords, both, or neither. Two of the three are captures you cannot take of yourself in a bathroom mirror.
None of that makes a neck dose pointless. It makes it specific. Where the rings deepen on movement and the skin still has recoil, this is a proportionate treatment with almost nothing to recover from. Where the reading says otherwise, your director will say so before anything is booked.
The neck deserves a franker safety conversation than the face, because the structures that matter are close and the consequence of reaching them is functional. Deep or over-generous placement in this region has been associated with difficulty swallowing and with weakness of the muscles that flex the neck — a heavy-headed sensation when lifting the head from a pillow. Both are described as temporary when they occur, and both are avoided the same way: a dilute preparation, a shallow plane, conservative totals, and points kept off the midline.
The other risks belong on the consent form by name. Bruising is more likely on the neck than on the cheek, because the skin is thin and the small vessels are close. Brief swelling and tenderness at the entry points are ordinary, and asymmetry between the sides is the most common thing a review corrects. Because the upper fibres of the sheet run into the lower face, spread beyond the intended field can pull the smile unevenly or alter how the lower lip sits — temporary, and the reason the upper boundary of the map is drawn deliberately low.
We do not recommend a neck dose where the finding is laxity rather than movement, and the consultation ends without an injection in four more situations: during pregnancy or breastfeeding; where a neuromuscular condition appears in your history; where you have previously had trouble swallowing, whatever the cause; and where there is infection, inflamed skin or an open wound inside the field to be mapped. Tell your director about blood-thinning medication or supplements, and about any earlier toxin treatment on the neck or jaw. Results vary between individuals and suitability is decided at your own examination.
| Tier | What one neck area covers | Per area |
|---|---|---|
| Korean | A domestically manufactured botulinum toxin type A, diluted for shallow placement and mapped across the neck field in one sitting | ₩100,000 (≈ $70) |
| Imported | An imported premium-tier type A product, same dilution approach and the same sitting, for patients who prefer it | ₩450,000 (≈ $320) |
Korean pharmaceutical advertising rules keep prescription toxin product names off public pages, so the table shows tiers and not manufacturers; your director names the product in the room and shows you the vial before it is opened. A neck and a jawline treated at one appointment are two areas, quoted as two lines. Rates are identical for residents and visitors, the KRW figure is what you pay. Anything else offered at the clinic is on the published price list, with the toxin ladder explained on the botox price page.
Comfort measures during the session are confirmed with you at the consultation. At the review your director compares the tensed capture taken before treatment against the same movement on the day, evens up any difference between the sides, and decides whether the map extends. With the clinic open 365 days a year, anything that worries you in the first week can be looked at quickly.
Outcomes vary by individual neck, dilution and placement, and are assessed at your diagnosis.
Ultrasound, radiofrequency, microwave and thread routes are all held in this building alongside the injectables, so a neck that needs tightening can be sent to the thing that tightens.
Three-dimensional capture under five light sources with AI analysis records the surface of the neck, and the figures that decide the plan are thickness and recoil, not how deep a ring looks in a photograph. A neck without recoil is walked across to the device floor on the same day.
The cords only show themselves under contraction, so the map is drawn on your own neck while you hold that contraction, and the injections are performed by your director. Totals follow what the sheet shows on the day, and the map is drawn again at every visit.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

Three references cover botulinum toxin type A as a clinical tool: the first published account of treating expression lines with it, an international consensus education initiative on its aesthetic use, and a laboratory review of how the licensed type A products differ from one another in formulation and handling.
They establish the molecule and the product science. None of them describes your neck, sets a dilution for it or attaches a timeline to it; that comes from the examination and the captures taken at your own appointment.
