Lip Filler Price in Cheongdam, Gangnam, Seoul

The mouth is a specialty area on the Dear filler card, so it carries its own per-cc line: ₩300,000 (≈ $215) with the house Korean gel and ₩500,000 (≈ $355) with an imported family. Billing follows the cubic centimetre, and the quantity is agreed before a syringe is opened.

The Direct Answer

How much do lip fillers cost in Seoul?

At Dear Clinic a lip design is charged per cubic centimetre of gel placed. Lips sit in the specialty-area group, listed at ₩300,000 (≈ $215) per cc for The Chaeum and ₩500,000 (≈ $355) per cc for any imported family. There is no fixed lip package, because no two mouths take the same volume.

A specialty area, in the language of this clinic's rate card, is a region where the anatomy is dense, mobile or unforgiving enough that placement takes longer and demands more precision than a broad facial plane does. The mouth qualifies on all three counts. That rating, and not the brand name on the carton, is what sets the line your quote is written on.

Where a plan is written against the general facial card instead, the standard per-cc lines apply: ₩350,000 (≈ $250) for Restylane and ₩400,000 (≈ $285) for Juvederm. Which of the two ratings governs your own plan is confirmed at the consultation, once the director has seen what the design actually involves.

The Rate Card

The published lip filler card, line by line

Every figure below is a unit rate. Multiply it by the cubic centimetres agreed at your diagnosis and you have the total.

LineMaterialUnitListed rate
Specialty area, Korean gelThe Chaeum, the house family stocked at Dear1 cc₩300,000 (≈ $215)

Standard facial lineRestylane1 cc₩350,000 (≈ $250)
Standard facial lineJuvederm1 cc₩400,000 (≈ $285)

The imported specialty line is written product-independent on purpose: the figure does not change according to which imported carton is opened, so the choice of family stays a clinical decision and never becomes an upsell. Where a current programme banner states that a listed figure excludes VAT, the final number is put to you before you agree to the booking.

What Moves The Number

Five things that move the figure on a lip quote

The cubic centimetres, before anything else. This is the only multiplier on the card. A mouth that needs the border sharpened and the ratio nudged takes a fraction of what a mouth being rebuilt from a thin baseline takes, and the two quotes differ by exactly that fraction.
Whether the plan is rated as a specialty area. The mouth is listed as one, so both specialty lines are the usual starting point for lip work. If the director determines at the diagnosis that the design belongs on the general facial card instead, the standard per-cc rate is what you are quoted. You are told which before you agree to anything.
Korean gel or imported gel. The two specialty lines differ because the materials differ in cost, and cross-linked hyaluronic acid products are measurably distinct in firmness, cohesivity and behaviour under load. The director picks on those properties and then tells you what that choice does to the figure.
First design or later correction. When part of an earlier design is still present, a review frequently needs a fraction of a cc placed where the outline has relaxed. Because billing is per cubic centimetre, a small correction reads as a small quote with no minimum attached to it.
What else is being treated in the same appointment. Lips are rarely assessed in isolation. Where the reading finds that the chin or the fold above the mouth is carrying part of the problem, those zones are quoted on their own lines, and you see the whole arithmetic together instead of one blended number.
How The Volume Is Counted

How the cubic centimetres on a lip quote are arrived at

Four Dear steps sit between the scan and the number you approve.

01
Dear Shape

The mouth is measured before any quantity is written

Lip length, the upper-to-lower ratio, the peaks of the cupid's bow and the angle of the corners are captured on EVE Muse 3D under five light sources. The quote starts from those measurements, because a figure produced before the measuring is a figure produced from nothing.

02
Dear LayerFill

Volume is split across two layers, and both are counted

A base layer settles the contour and a finer second layer corrects the border. Splitting the material this way is a placement decision first, and it also means the total on your quote is the sum of two separate quantities instead of one round figure.

03
Dear BalanceControl

The two halves are quoted separately when they differ

Faces are asymmetrical, so the left and right sides of a mouth routinely need different tenths of a cubic centimetre. Writing them separately is what stops one side finishing convex while the other stays flat, and it is why a lip quote is rarely a neat whole number.

04
Dear LineFit

The last tenth is held back until the mouth is checked in motion

Centre line, corner angle and how the lips meet during speech are reviewed before the plan is closed. Occasionally that check removes a tenth from the plan; your director performs the injection, so the person adjusting the quantity is the person holding the syringe.

The full clinical detail behind those four steps sits on the lip filler treatment page. This page is about what the resulting quantity costs.

Scope Of The Figure

What the lip filler rate covers, and what is quoted on its own line

The published lip rate is a rate for gel placed, per cubic centimetre. Anything that is a separate appointment is a separate quote, and you are told which is which at the diagnosis instead of discovering it afterwards.
Consultation and review appointments. What these are charged at is advised to you directly at the diagnosis, alongside the volume plan. Nothing on this page should be read as a statement about them.
Dissolving an existing design. Hyaluronic acid responds to a hyaluronidase enzyme injection, and that is a separate procedure with its own assessment. Where you arrive with filler already in the mouth, whether it needs reducing first is decided in person, and quoted in its own right.
Other zones treated on the same day. A chin, a fold or a nose correction has its own line on the filler card. Each appears on your quote at its own rate, so the arithmetic stays traceable line by line.
Programme pricing. Where a featured programme banner is running, its terms are stated on the banner itself, including any line about VAT, and the final figure is confirmed to you before the booking is taken.

One card applies to everyone who walks in. Korean residents and visiting patients read the same published rates, consultation is available in English, and the quantity and the total are fixed and approved before treatment starts. The transparent price list carries the rest of the clinic, and the filler cost overview sets the mouth against every other area.

Planning A Budget

Planning a lip budget in cubic centimetres instead of in sessions

Three ways a lip budget usually gets spent, and what each one buys.

01 — THE SMALL CORRECTION

A border sharpened, or a corner supported

The smallest useful lip intervention is frequently a fraction of a cubic centimetre placed along the vermillion border or under a downturned commissure. Because the card is per cc, the quote scales down with it. Starting here and reviewing is cheaper than reducing an overbuilt mouth later.

02 — THE FULL DESIGN

Ratio, outline and body, planned in one sitting

A complete lip design spreads volume across both layers and both halves, and it is written zone by zone off the scan. This is where the specialty-area line does most of its work, and where the Korean and imported columns produce genuinely different totals for the same quantity.

03 — THE LATER TOP-UP

Whatever the settled mouth turns out to need

Hyaluronic acid is resorbable, so at some point the outline softens. A top-up is decided by looking at the mouth, never by a calendar reminder, and it is billed on the tenths that actually go in. No date is published on this page for when that will be.

Before You Budget

Who is turned away from a lip filler appointment

A quote is only worth reading if the appointment is going to happen, so these are settled at the consultation and not at the door of the treatment room.

Active infection or inflammation around the mouth. A cold sore in progress, or inflamed tissue in the injection field, postpones the appointment. Nothing is placed into an area that is already reacting.
A volume request the face will not carry. Where the quantity asked for exceeds what the lower third supports, we do not recommend it. The achievable part of the request is named, and the quote reflects that and not the original number.
A finding that is texture, and not volume. Where the reading shows the mouth needs hydration and surface quality, a booster protocol answers it better and a lip syringe is the wrong purchase. That conversation moves to the skin booster category.
Bleeding risk, pregnancy or a previous reaction. Anticoagulant therapy that has not been cleared with the prescribing doctor, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any previous reaction to a hyaluronic acid injectable all stop the booking until they are resolved.

Risk is part of the price conversation too. Bruising at an entry point and swelling through the settling window are ordinary on a mouth. Lumps or an uneven border can occur and are usually correctable, including by dissolving. The serious risks are vascular: gel entering a vessel can cause skin necrosis and, very rarely, visual loss, which is why placement is slow, low-pressure and planned against the mapped facial danger zones listed at the foot of this page.

FAQ

Lip filler price in Cheongdam, question by question

How much do lip fillers cost in Seoul at Dear Clinic?
Per cubic centimetre, on the specialty-area line. The Chaeum, the Korean family stocked here, is listed at ₩300,000 (≈ $215) per cc; any imported family is listed at ₩500,000 (≈ $355) per cc. Your total is that unit rate multiplied by the quantity written at your diagnosis, and it is approved before a syringe is opened.
Why are lips priced higher than a general facial area?
Because the mouth is rated as a specialty area on this card. The tissue is dense and richly supplied, the zone never stops moving, and the margin for error along a border is small, so placement takes longer and demands more precision than a broad plane does. The rating attaches to the region, and it is the region that sets the line.
Is the imported gel worth the difference in rate?
It depends on what your mouth needs, which is a clinical question before it is a budget one. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid products differ measurably in firmness, cohesivity and behaviour under load, and those properties are matched to the design. The director explains which family the reading points to and what that does to the figure, and the decision is then yours.
When would the standard per-cc rate apply to my lip plan?
Where the director determines that the plan belongs on the general facial card instead of the specialty group. In that case the standard lines are what you are quoted: ₩350,000 (≈ $250) per cc for Restylane and ₩400,000 (≈ $285) per cc for Juvederm. Which rating governs your plan is confirmed at the consultation, before anything is agreed.
How many cc will my lips need?
No number can be given responsibly before the mouth is measured. The plan is written zone by zone off the EVE Muse reading in tenths of a cubic centimetre, and the two halves of the same mouth frequently take different amounts. What can be promised is the method: you see the quantity and the arithmetic before you agree to either.
Is there a minimum charge for a small lip top-up?
Billing follows the cubic centimetre, so a fraction of a cc placed at a review is quoted as that fraction. Part of an earlier design is usually still present when the outline starts to relax, which is exactly why a correction is normally much smaller than a first design and reads that way on the quote.
Does the quote change if the two sides need different amounts?
The quote is built from the tenths actually placed, so asymmetric designs are priced on their real total rather than rounded to a whole syringe. Faces are asymmetrical and mouths especially so; writing the halves separately is what keeps the shape balanced, and the arithmetic simply follows the plan.
What is not covered by the published lip rate?
The rate is for gel placed, per cubic centimetre. A consultation or a later review appointment is discussed with you directly at the diagnosis. Dissolving existing filler with a hyaluronidase enzyme injection is a separate procedure and is quoted in its own right, and any other zone treated on the same day appears on its own line of the card.
Do international patients pay a different price for lip filler?
No. One published card applies to Korean residents and to visiting patients alike. Consultation is available in English, the quantity and the total are fixed before treatment begins, and the figure you approve is traceable to the cubic centimetres written on your plan.
Should I budget for a repeat appointment?
Hyaluronic acid is resorbable, so a lip design softens gradually and most patients return at some point. This page publishes no interval, because the family, the quantity, the layer and your own turnover rate all move it. Plan for a top-up as a smaller purchase than the first design, and let the review decide when.
Can I get a firm quote before I travel to Seoul?
You can get the unit rates, which are published above and do not change on arrival. The quantity is the part that needs a mouth in front of a director, so the total is finalised at the diagnosis on the day. Send photographs and what you want the mouth to do, and the consultation team will set expectations in English before you book flights.

Scientific Evidence

Peer-reviewed references behind the gels this lip card prices

A rate card is a commercial document, and the papers below are not. What they establish is why hyaluronic acid products are physically distinguishable from one another, how facial assessment governs placement, which planes carry vascular risk, and how a hyaluronic acid design is removed when it has to come back down. Those are the facts behind a per-cc decision.
