The Cost Table

How much does filler cost at Dear Clinic in Cheongdam?

One cubic centimetre of The Chaeum, the house Korean gel, is ₩130,000 (≈ $95). The imported families are ₩300,000 (≈ $215) for Belotero, ₩350,000 (≈ $250) for Restylane and ₩400,000 (≈ $285) for Juvederm, all per cc. Because the cubic centimetre is the billing unit, your total is the volume your design actually needs, agreed at the diagnosis before anything is opened.

The Three Variables

What sets your filler cost: volume, area, family

A quote is three numbers multiplied together, and the first of them is the one you can most influence.

01 — THE VOLUME

The cubic centimetre is the unit that is billed

A plan written to 0.1 cc costs what it weighs. Support placed in the deep layer does more work per tenth of a cc than the same gel spread near the surface, so a cheek rebuilt from underneath often needs less product than one padded high. Volume planning is where a budget is genuinely won.

02 — THE AREA

Nose, forehead and specialty placements sit on their own lines

Most of the face is quoted at the standard per-cc rate for the family you choose. Four placements are not: the nose and the forehead each carry their own house-gel rate, and the specialty group is priced separately in both the house and the imported columns because of what the tissue there demands.

03 — THE FAMILY

Four HA families, one property list

The Chaeum, Belotero, Restylane and Juvederm are all cross-linked hyaluronic acid, and they differ in how firm the gel is, how it spreads and how it behaves under load. A firm gel asked to hold a chin and a soft gel asked to finish a lip line are two different jobs. The director matches property to job, and the printed rate follows.

Specialty Placements

Which filler areas are charged at the specialty rate

With the house gel the specialty group is the lips and the temple, at ₩300,000 (≈ $215) per cc. With an imported gel the group widens to the lips, the temple, the jawline, the marionette lines, wrinkle placement and the under-eye roll, all at ₩500,000 (≈ $355) per cc whichever imported family is chosen.
Lips. Constantly in motion, thin tissue, and the area where a tenth of a cc is most visible. Sitting in the specialty group in both columns reflects how much of the work is design tolerance rather than volume.
Temple. A hollow bordered by vessels, filled deep and slowly. The placement is unforgiving, which is why it leaves the standard column.
Jawline, marionette lines and the under-eye roll. Specialty placements in the imported column, each one asking the gel to sit against moving tissue without printing an edge.
What is not in the group. The anterior cheek is quoted at the standard house rate of ₩130,000 (≈ $95) per cc, and the nose and forehead have their own separate house lines at ₩150,000 (≈ $105) and ₩180,000 (≈ $130). Ask at consultation and the line your design falls on is shown to you before it is agreed.

Individual area pages carry the anatomy behind each of these: lips, cheeks, chin, nose, forehead, nasolabial folds and earlobes.

The Syringe Question

What does one syringe of filler cost in Seoul?

A standard HA syringe holds 1 cc, so the syringe price and the per-cc rate are the same figure here: ₩130,000 (≈ $95) with the house gel, ₩300,000 (≈ $215), ₩350,000 (≈ $250) or ₩400,000 (≈ $285) imported. The difference is that a Dear plan is written in tenths, so you are charged for what went in.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. A design that genuinely needs 0.6 cc in one cheek and 0.4 cc in the other is a single cc of gel, planned asymmetrically because the two halves of your face are asymmetrical. Quoting by the syringe tends to round that up; quoting by volume does not.

How many cc a face needs is settled by the EVE Muse 3D reading, area by area and plane by plane. There is no house default per visit, and treating a second area in the same appointment adds volume to the total, which is why the figure you approve is written area by area.

The Dear Filler Technique

How the volume on your filler quote is arrived at

Four steps stand between the scan and the number at the bottom of the page you sign.

01
Dear Shape

Measure the shortfall before costing it

Cheek height, fold depth, chin projection and lip proportion are read from the EVE Muse 3D scan. The quantity that drives the quote is how much each of those places is short by, and it is on screen before a carton is unwrapped.

02
Dear LayerFill

Deep support first, because it is cheaper by volume

The firmer gel goes into the deep plane where it carries load; the lighter finish goes near the surface where the eye reads the contour. Splitting one correction across Deep, Mid and Superficial keeps a cheek smooth, and it also lowers the total cc, because support placed low does more per tenth than volume placed high.

03
Dear BalanceControl

Two halves, two different volumes

Filling a cheek changes the fold below it and projecting a chin changes how the lips meet it, so both sides are compared again after every plane. Gel is spent on whichever side is genuinely behind, which is why a quote rarely divides evenly.

04
Dear LineFit

The last pass, where volume is usually saved

The outline is checked at three-quarter and profile angles, the two views where an over-filled mid-face shows itself first. A residual step in the contour is smoothed with the lightest gel to hand, and more volume is the wrong answer at this stage.

Dear, Knowhow

Why a filler quote here is written before the first syringe

01 — THE FULL ARSENAL

Four HA families on one card

Nothing is quoted on request.

02 — DIAGNOSIS FIRST

EVE Muse 3D decides the cc, and sometimes decides against filler

Three-dimensional imaging under five light sources puts your ratios on screen, and the density, the plane and the tenths of a cc for each area are read from that map. Where the reading finds skin quality or laxity instead of lost volume, we do not recommend filler that day and the budget goes toward a booster or a lifting protocol. Volume added to a face that was not empty is the fastest way to stop looking like yourself.

03 — DIRECTOR-PERFORMED

The rate covers the hand holding the cannula

Every injection is performed by your director. Bruising at an entry point and swelling through the first days are ordinary; the serious risks are vascular, because a gel pushed into a vessel can cause skin necrosis or, very rarely, visual loss. Slow low-pressure placement in known planes is how that is avoided, and hyaluronic acid can be dissolved if a result needs reducing.

FAQ

Filler cost in Cheongdam, answered

How much do dermal fillers cost in Cheongdam, Seoul?
From ₩130,000 (≈ $95) per cc with The Chaeum, the Korean house family. The imported families are published at ₩300,000 (≈ $215), ₩350,000 (≈ $250) and ₩400,000 (≈ $285) per cc, with specialty placements at ₩500,000 (≈ $355). Your total is the volume your design needs multiplied by the rate for the family chosen, and it is agreed at the diagnosis before treatment.
How much does one syringe of filler cost here?
A standard hyaluronic acid syringe is 1 cc, so the syringe figure and the per-cc rate coincide: ₩130,000 (≈ $95) for the house gel, up to ₩400,000 (≈ $285) for the most expensive imported family. What differs at Dear is that the plan is written in tenths of a cc, so a design needing 0.6 cc is charged as 0.6 cc and the remainder of the syringe is not billed to you as though it had been placed.
Which filler areas cost more than the standard rate?
With the house gel, the lips and the temple sit at ₩300,000 (≈ $215) per cc. With an imported gel, the specialty group covers the lips, the temple, the jawline, the marionette lines, wrinkle placement and the under-eye roll at ₩500,000 (≈ $355) per cc. The nose and forehead carry their own house lines at ₩150,000 (≈ $105) and ₩180,000 (≈ $130), while the anterior cheek stays on the standard rate.
Is Korean filler cheaper than the imported brands, and does that mean it is weaker?
The Chaeum is published below the imported families, and the gap reflects manufacturing origin and distribution more than anything visible in a treatment room. All four are cross-linked hyaluronic acid, all four are licensed, and all four are handled the same way here. What actually separates them is rheology: how firm the gel is, how it spreads, how it holds under load. Your director matches those properties to the area.
How many cc will my face need?
There is no standard amount, and any figure quoted before a scan is a guess. Volume is planned from the EVE Muse 3D reading, area by area and plane by plane, so it depends on how much each specific place is short by. Deep support is efficient: a cheek rebuilt from underneath frequently needs less gel than the same cheek padded at the surface. The number is fixed and approved before treatment.
Do foreign patients pay more for filler in Korea?
Not at Dear Clinic. The rates on this page are the published rates for everyone, consultation is in English, and nothing on the card changes with a passport. What a visitor should plan is timing: lips swell most visibly on day one, so a lip design landing the night before a flight home is worth moving earlier in the trip.
Is filler priced per session or per area?
Per cubic centimetre of gel placed, which is a third option. That means a second area in the same appointment adds volume to the total, and it means a light touch-up is quoted proportionally to the amount actually placed. The only areas that leave this logic are the specialty group, the nose and the forehead, which have their own published lines.
What is Eye Light and why is it sold in 0.5 cc?
It is the single half-cc line on the filler card, listed at ₩500,000 (≈ $355) and used for fine work under the eye. Half a cc is a realistic quantity there because the tissue is thin and the tolerance for excess is small, so a full cubic centimetre would rarely be appropriate for the area in one sitting.
Is a settling review part of the plan, and can filler be dissolved?
A settling review is written into the plan and booked before you leave; what it covers is confirmed with you at the consultation. And yes: everything on this card is hyaluronic acid, so a result can be reduced or cleared with a hyaluronidase enzyme injection. Gel that has been in place for a long time can be firmer and may take more than one session to clear, which is assessed in person first.
Will a cheaper gel give me a worse result?
Placement decides more of the outcome than the carton does. A well-matched house gel laid in the correct plane at the correct volume outperforms a premium gel placed badly, which is why the diagnosis and the layering technique come before the family choice in this clinic. Where the design genuinely calls for a specific rheology, that is the recommendation you will hear, and where it does not, you will hear that too.
Can I have filler on the day I come in, and when is the clinic open?
Usually yes: scan, consultation and injection fit inside one visit, since the families are stocked and the gel is chosen from your own reading. Dear Clinic runs 365 days a year, weekends and public holidays included, which makes it straightforward to schedule a settling review inside the same short trip.

Scientific Evidence

Peer-reviewed references behind the gels this card prices

A per-cc card only makes sense if the gels on it genuinely differ from one another, and if the planes they go into are mapped. The papers below cover the physicochemical measurements used to tell injectable hyaluronic acid products apart, the facial assessment and injection guidance that governs where a gel is placed, the vascular danger zones, the ophthalmic complications reported after facial injection, and the enzyme used when hyaluronic acid has to come back out.

Each reference resolves to a DOI in an indexed journal, and none of them prices anything.
