The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Written for a first appointment: which tissue each application targets, how areas and units are counted, what the tiers mean, and how the visit runs from diagnosis to review. One expression area opens at ₩30,000 on the Korean tier.
Botulinum toxin type A works on one thing: the nerve signal that tells a muscle to contract. Where that signal is reduced, the muscle pulls with less force for a while, so a crease it was folding into the skin relaxes and a bulk it was building softens. Everything else about a face is out of the molecule's reach.
That single mechanism is why a first visit spends more minutes on the reading than on the needle. A line visible while your face is completely still comes from the skin itself, width that sits in bone stays where it is, and flattening over the cheek is a volume finding. We do not recommend an injection for any of the three; you are shown on your own scan what is causing the thing you came in about, and which treatment reaches it.
The effect is temporary in every area, and how long it holds shifts with the dose, the muscle and your own metabolism, so your director gives you a timeline for your own plan. First doses are deliberately light, because units can be added at a review and cannot be taken back out.
One molecule, six jobs. The tissue underneath decides the depth, the dilution and the dose.
Small doses into the muscles that fold your skin when you frown, squint or raise your brows. Each expression group is a separate line on the quote, from ₩30,000 (≈ $20) on the Korean tier. Full protocol on the wrinkle treatment page.
Placed in the chewing muscle at the jaw angle, priced per session from ₩40,000 (≈ $30). It answers width that is muscular and does nothing for width that is bone. The square jaw page covers the assessment.
Small fields where mapping accuracy matters more than volume, quoted from ₩60,000 (≈ $45). The parotid gland is the most asked of them, and it has its own salivary gland page.
Many shallow points across a region, aimed at texture and pore appearance while your expression keeps working. A jawline field is ₩100,000 (≈ $70) and the whole face ₩150,000 (≈ $105). See the skin botox page.
Shallow points laid over a sweat-prone area to interrupt the signal that switches those glands on where the toxin sits. Dosing is counted in units instead of areas, and the published rate is on the hyperhidrosis page.
A shoulder line that reads heavy or a calf that bulks under load is treated with far more product than a facial area, which is why body work is quoted per hundred units on the body dosing page.
If the finding is volume loss, lax tissue or a crease that sits in resting skin, the conversation moves to filler, to a lifting device or to resurfacing, and the botox treatment hub shows how the six applications compare.
| Application | Counted as | Korean tier | Imported tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Expression lines | One area = one expression group, so treating a frown complex and a forehead is two lines on the quote | ₩30,000 (≈ $20) · ₩60,000 (≈ $45) | ₩90,000 (≈ $65) · ₩150,000 (≈ $105) |
| Square jaw | One session covering the chewing muscle on both sides | ₩40,000 (≈ $30) | ₩350,000 (≈ $250) |
| Specialty placement | One small mapped field: gland, nostril, temple, gummy smile or philtrum | ₩60,000 (≈ $45) | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Skin botox, one field | The jawline, the neck lines or the forehead treated as a single region of skin | ₩100,000 (≈ $70) | ₩450,000 (≈ $320) |
| Skin botox, full face | The same shallow technique carried across every facial region in one sitting | ₩150,000 (≈ $105) | ₩600,000 (≈ $430) |
Roughly what to expect from the hour you arrive to the appointment that closes the plan.
Bruising at an injection point, brief swelling and mild asymmetry that needs evening up are the ordinary risks with this molecule. A unit too many at the brow can leave an eyelid feeling heavy for a few weeks, a point placed carelessly near the mouth can change a smile for the same stretch, and toxin laid too superficially over the masseter can dimple the skin above it. Low first dosing and a review are how those are kept small.
Two practical consequences follow. The upright hours, the no-rubbing rule and the advice to skip alcohol all land in the part of a trip people fill with a long flight, a late dinner or a spa, so booking the appointment for a day when the evening is free removes that conflict. Timing is the second: the full effect does not appear on the day it is placed, so a three-day itinerary ends before the outcome can be judged fairly, and evening up an uneven response may fall after you have flown home.
Where a schedule is that tight we say so at the consultation and let you decide whether to spend the visit on a treatment that reads immediately. Consultation is in English, which the English-speaking clinic page covers, and Dear Clinic runs 365 days a year, weekends and public holidays included, so an appointment can usually be fitted around an arrival or a departure; the weekend and holiday page has those hours.
Nothing on the list is quoted on request.
Three-dimensional imaging under five light sources runs alongside an examination of how your face behaves under movement. That pairing is what tells a moving line from a resting one and muscle bulk from gland, fat and bone. A first-time patient quoted before the cause is settled is being priced for a row of the list that may not be theirs.
Injections are performed by your director, who marked the points and set the units, and the review is booked before you leave. Dose and depth are the treatment with this molecule, so a beginner's plan is written on the cautious side. Where the reading says the finding is not muscular, we do not recommend an injection that day.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

Three papers sit behind the way this guide describes the treatment: the original clinical report of glabellar injection, an international consensus initiative on aesthetic technique, and a laboratory account of how licensed type A products differ from one another. The third is the reason a tier column exists on the table above.
Each entry resolves to a DOI in an indexed journal. None of them describes a plan for an individual face, and none sets a rate.
