The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Prime is the imaging generation of Ultherapy, and its rate is written per 100 shots for a reason: what the DeepSEE screen shows decides how many lines each zone receives.
Prime is the newer Merz generation. It confirms tissue down to 8 mm where classic Ultherapy visualized to 4.5 mm, carries an ultrasound field twice the size on a display 35% larger with noise reduction, and works about 20% faster. Those upgrades are all about seeing, and seeing is what turns an estimate into a count.
Full detail on the treatment itself — depths, zones, aftercare — sits on the Ultherapy Prime treatment page. Where Prime sits among the other platforms is laid out on the lifting and tightening hub.
Three upgrades separate Prime from the classic device, and each one shows up in how a count is decided.
Classic Ultherapy visualized to 4.5 mm. Prime reads to 8 mm, so thicker skin can be planned on evidence instead of on assumption — the zone gets the lines it needs and no padding.
Twice the ultrasound field on a 35% larger, noise-reduced display. More of the zone is visible at once while the count is being spent.
The same count takes less time on the table. For a multi-zone plan that difference is felt across an afternoon, and it is part of why a larger map is practical in one visit.
| Plan scope | Typical make-up | Priced as |
|---|---|---|
| Single zone | One area, usually jawline and under-chin | a small number of units at ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Lower-face map | Jawline with mid-face support added | units × ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Face and neck | Lower face, mid-face, brow and neck allocated separately | units × ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Base unit | 100 shots, the increment every plan is counted in | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
Rates as published on the clinic price list. We do not publish a fixed shot count for "full face" here, because the only figure worth printing is the one your scan produces and a printed average would be a different patient's face. Payment is settled in Korean won; the dollar conversion shown with the unit follows an exchange rate. The full menu is on the price list.
Shot counts circulate on forums as though they were menu items — 530 for a full face, 600 for something else — and patients arrive asking for them by number. At Dear the number is an output, so we would rather show you where it comes from. The EVE Muse 3D capture with five-light-source AI analysis is read zone by zone. Each zone is assigned depths and a count. The counts are added, rounded into 100-shot units, and written on the quote in front of you.
That is why two people asking for "a full face" leave with different quotes. Skin thickness differs. A zone that needs two depth passes doubles its own allocation. A neck brought into the map carries its own count instead of borrowing from the face. If you have a figure in mind from something you read, bring it — the director will tell you whether your map lands anywhere near it, and why it does not if it does not.
Where Prime is the wrong depth for the problem, we do not recommend it. Surface crepiness above an intact SMAS is a radiofrequency question, and a Thermage FLX or Density plan gets priced for you in that same appointment. A comparison of the two mechanisms is written up at Ultherapy vs Thermage.
Thermage FLX, Density, XERF, Onda, New Titanium and Shurink Universe are all here and all published. The device that wins your chart is the one your reading argues for.
EVE Muse 3D capture and five-light-source AI analysis produce the laxity picture; the DeepSEE screen then confirms, line by line during the session, that the layer under the transducer is the one the map intended. Two imaging steps, one count. Where the two disagree, the session stops and the plan is discussed before the count continues.
Dr. Jemin Kim and Dr. Seonhaeng Lee hold Merz certification as Ultherapy treatment providers, and Prime sessions are performed by our directors. With focused ultrasound the placement of each line is what shows up months later, so it is not delegated.
Open 365 days a year, Sundays and public holidays included, which matters when a trip is short and the scan and the session have to share one afternoon.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

Micro-focused ultrasound with visualization, the mechanism Prime delivers, has a peer-reviewed record going back more than a decade. The four papers below examine MFU-V for lifting and wrinkle reduction of the décolletage, the wider field of noninvasive ultrasound tightening, a quantitative face-and-neck analysis in Asian patients, and a systematic review of clinical efficacy.
Lu and colleagues matter particularly to shot planning done in Seoul, since skin thickness and healing behaviour differ enough that Asian cohorts are the relevant ones. Each reference carries a resolvable DOI so the original can be read rather than our paraphrase of it.
