The short answer

What an Ultherapy price at Dear Clinic covers

Dear Clinic runs a single Ultherapy system: Ultherapy Prime, the current Merz generation. It is published per 100 shots at ₩400,000 (≈ $285), and a quote is that unit multiplied by the shot count mapped onto your face at consultation. No package tiers sit behind it, and no separate rate exists for visitors.

One shot is one discrete line of focused ultrasound, deposited at a chosen depth — 1.5, 3.0 or 4.5 mm — under live imaging. Counting in hundreds is a way of counting delivered work. A jawline-only map and a face-and-neck map are different amounts of that work, so the same unit produces very different totals.

The number of hundreds is fixed in writing before treatment starts. You approve a count, and the count is what you pay for. Lifting options across the clinic are compared side by side on the lifting and tightening hub, and every published figure also sits on the clinic price list.

Unit Rate

How much does Ultherapy cost
in Seoul, by shot count?

The listed unit is ₩400,000 (≈ $285) for 100 shots of Ultherapy Prime. Everything above that is multiplication: 300 shots is three units, and 600 shots — the number that circulates most often in Korean price searches — is six of them. Because one figure drives the whole quote, you can check any number we give you against it yourself.

Rates are those on the clinic's current published list. Settlement is in Korean won; the dollar conversion printed beside it tracks an exchange rate and is orientation only. Unit figures across lifting platforms are not comparable line for line — a hundred imaging-guided ultrasound lines and one radiofrequency tip purchase work at different depths, so the useful comparison is two quotes for your own face.

What Moves the Number

What changes the Ultherapy shot count on your quote

Four zones carry most of the count. Which of them enter the map, and how many depths each one is treated at, is what separates a three-unit quote from a six-unit one.

Zone 01

Jawline and under-chin fullness

Usually the heaviest zone by count, and the one most quotes are built around.

Zone 02

Mid-face descent and the nasolabial fold

Deeper support work; adding it typically moves the quote by a unit or two.

Zone 03

Brow line above the eye

A small count in absolute terms, placed with care because the area is shallow.

Zone 04

Neck laxity and early banding

Priced as its own allocation instead of being folded into the face total.

Two more things move the number. Thicker skin holds structures further down, and reaching them can mean treating a zone at more than one of the 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm settings. And a face that has been treated before rarely needs what an untreated one does, so a maintenance count and a first count are different quotes for the same person in different years. Results vary between individuals, and so do the maps.

Visiting Patients

Is the Ultherapy price different for patients visiting Korea?

No. The unit above is the same one a Korean patient is quoted from the same published list. There is no foreigner surcharge and no separate visitor menu, which the clinic confirmed as policy in September 2026.

Settlement happens in Korean won at the front desk. The dollar figure beside the unit is a conversion for planning and will not match your card statement to the cent. Consultations are held in English, the clinic opens 365 days a year including Sundays and public holidays, and a scan-to-treatment visit usually fits inside a single afternoon — useful if your trip is short. If you would rather compare the whole lifting menu before you fly, the published price list carries every figure on one page.

Dear, Knowhow

How an Ultherapy quote is drawn up at Dear

01 — THE FULL ARSENAL

Six other lifting platforms are priced on the same list

Thermage FLX, Density, XERF, Onda, New Titanium and Shurink Universe all carry published rates here. When the scan reads crepey surface over an intact SMAS, we do not recommend Prime for it; a radiofrequency plan gets priced instead, and on this list that is frequently the smaller number. Writing the smaller number costs the clinic nothing, which is the point of publishing all of them.

02 — DIAGNOSIS FIRST

The EVE Muse scan sets the count before any figure

EVE Muse 3D capture with five-light-source AI analysis reads laxity zone by zone. The hundreds follow from that reading.

03 — DIRECTOR-PERFORMED

Merz-certified directors hold the transducer

Dr. Jemin Kim and Dr. Seonhaeng Lee are both certified by Merz as Ultherapy treatment providers, and treatment is director-performed. Once your count is agreed it does not move while you are in the chair, and nobody revisits the figure mid-session.

Budget

Choosing an Ultherapy shot count when the budget is fixed

There are two sensible ways to spend a fixed amount on focused ultrasound, and one poor one. The first is to treat fewer zones properly: put the whole count into the jawline and under-chin area and leave the mid-face for another year. The second is to ask which platform your budget buys the most depth on, then let the scan answer. The poor option is spreading a small count thinly across a whole face, where each zone receives too few lines to shift anything.

Risks belong in the same conversation as the price. Bruising and raised welts along the treated lines happen. Numbness or tingling where a line has run near a nerve is uncommon and usually settles over weeks. Temporary weakness in one facial muscle has been reported after focused-ultrasound treatment and is rare; it is one reason the map is drawn under imaging and delivered by a director. Individual results may vary, and no shot count is a promise about your own face.

FAQ

Ultherapy pricing in Cheongdam, question by question

What is the Ultherapy price at Dear Clinic?
The published unit is ₩400,000 (≈ $285) for 100 shots of Ultherapy Prime. Your quote is that unit multiplied by the shot count your map comes to, and the count is agreed in writing before the first line is placed. The clinic runs no package tiers on this treatment, so there is nothing else to price in.
How is a 600-shot Ultherapy plan priced?
Six units. Six hundred shots is six lots of 100, so the arithmetic is 6 × ₩400,000 (≈ $285). The same method answers any other number you have seen quoted: divide it by 100 and multiply by the unit.
Does Dear Clinic offer classic Ultherapy as well as Prime?
The clinic runs Ultherapy Prime only. Prime is the newer Merz generation of the same focused-ultrasound treatment, imaging to 8 mm where the classic device visualized to 4.5 mm, and treating about 20% faster. Any Ultherapy quote from us is therefore a Prime quote.
Is the price lower if only my jawline is treated?
Yes, because the count is lower. A jawline and under-chin map uses fewer hundreds than a map that adds mid-face and neck, and the unit does not change between them. Many first appointments end with a partial map for exactly this reason.
Do visitors from abroad pay a different rate?
No. The same published list applies to Korean and international patients, with no surcharge attached to a foreign passport. Settlement is in Korean won, and the dollar figure on this page is a conversion for planning.
Is the 3D scan and consultation charged on top?
No. The EVE Muse scan reading, the director consultation that interprets it and the aftercare guidance afterwards sit inside the plan you agree to. What you are quoted is the shot count.
How many shots does a full face usually need?
That is what the scan is for, and full-face-and-neck maps generally run to several hundred shots. We do not guess the figure by email, because a quote made without the scan would be worth nothing to you.
Can I have Ultherapy Prime on the same day as the consultation?
Usually. The scan and the doctor's reading of it take roughly half an hour, comfort measures are confirmed with the director, and the session follows. The clinic opens every day of the year, so a same-day visit is as available on a Sunday as on a Tuesday.
Is there a less expensive lifting option on the list?
Several platforms are published at lower unit rates, Shurink Universe among them, and depth is what separates them. The scan decides whether a lower-priced platform reaches your problem at all; where it does, that is what gets written on the chart.
What happens if the director says Ultherapy is not right for me?
Then it is not what you are quoted. Where the reading shows surface laxity above an intact SMAS, we do not recommend Prime and price a radiofrequency plan instead. Declining to sell the more expensive line is part of how the consultation is run.
Can the price change during the session?
No. The agreed count is the agreed count. If the director believes a different number would serve you better, that conversation happens at the consultation, before treatment and before any charge is settled.

Scientific Evidence

The evidence a shot count is argued from

A price per hundred shots only makes sense if the hundred does something measurable, and that question belongs to the published literature on micro-focused ultrasound with visualization. The four references below cover a systematic review of clinical efficacy, histological findings in Asian skin, a clinical account of tightening and lifting with MFU-V, and a prospective neck and lower-face study.

They are listed so that the mechanism behind the quote can be read at the source. None of them prices anything, and none of them predicts what your own face will do; that assessment is made at your diagnosis.
