Listed Rates

The two published acne device lines and what one appointment on each buys

Active acne work here runs on two published lines. One appointment across the full face is ₩250,000 (≈ $180), and that single figure covers Agnes (gland-targeted insulated-needle radiofrequency), PTT (photothermal) and MLA (picosecond laser micro lens array) under one line, as the finding calls for them. One appointment of needle-free jet delivery across the full face is ₩500,000 (≈ $355).
Published lineWhat the label coversWhat the appointment is aimed atListed rate
Agnes / PTT / MLA, full faceOne visit of insulated microneedle radiofrequency, with the tip chosen point by pointIndividual glands behind recurrent lesions, and congested pores₩250,000 (≈ $180)
CureJet, full faceOne visit of needle-free jet delivery worked across the treated areaPressure released at the base of a lesion without a needle passing through skin₩500,000 (≈ $355)

Both figures are published in Korean won and settled in won at the desk; the dollar equivalent shown beside them is an orientation number that moves with the exchange rate. A foreign passport adds no surcharge to either line. Everything else the clinic publishes sits on the full price list, and the two treatments are described route by route on the Agnes page and the CureJet page.

Reading the Label

What a full-face acne line covers and where that boundary is drawn

Full face is a scope of work, so the figure does not move when your face has more lesions than the person before you.

Both published lines are written as full-face units, and that is deliberate. Acne rarely sits in one place politely. A jaw belt that flares before a deadline usually has company on the chin and along the hairline, and a rate priced per lesion would turn every appointment into an argument about counting. One face, one line, whatever the crop looks like on the day.

The Agnes line carries a second piece of information worth noticing. Agnes, PTT and MLA share the published figure, which means the method your director chooses is a clinical choice with no price consequence attached to it. Nobody is steered toward a tip because the bill would be larger. Smaller regional lines also appear on the price list for people whose congestion sits only on the nose and central panel, and your director will say at the reading whether the full-face scope is the one your skin actually needs.

What the label does not promise is a result at the end of one appointment. A published figure buys a defined piece of work performed by a director on a given day. What that work achieves depends on the lesions in front of it, and individual responses differ widely.

How a Quote Is Built

How an acne plan is quoted appointment by appointment, never as a block

Your quote is assembled at the reading and rewritten at every subsequent one. The EVE Muse 3D scan, with five light sources and AI analysis, separates oil and inflammation from the brown and red marks that an earlier crop left behind, and those two findings lead to different lines. Treating the marks while the glands are still firing spends money on a moving target, so the sequence usually settles the inflammation first.

Three questions decide what appears on your quote for a given day.

Paying one appointment at a time is the approach we would pick for you before committing anything larger. It keeps the decision reversible while reversing it is still cheap, and it means a plan that stops working can be stopped without an argument about a balance.

Outside the Line

What the two acne figures do not settle on their own

A published rate describes one defined piece of device work. Several things sit outside it, and knowing which ones before you arrive is how a budget survives contact with a real plan.

The risks attached to device acne work are named on the treatment pages and repeated at your consultation: swelling and redness for a day or two, pinpoint bleeding after needle work, bruising at a tender point, and on deeper skin tones a pigment response to heat that has to be planned around. A quote that ignores those is describing a different treatment from the one you will have.

No Quote Written

Enquiries where we decline to price an acne device course at all

Four situations end with a reading and a conversation instead of a figure, and none of them is rescued by a bigger budget.

Acne that belongs with a prescribing physician. Widespread nodular disease with scarring already forming is a medical route first. We do not recommend spending on device appointments while that decision is still unmade.

Skin that is inflamed today for another reason. A barrier stripped by strong actives, a reaction to a new product, sunburn from a holiday that ended yesterday. The appointment moves, and nothing is charged for the visit that did not treat.

A number of appointments that cannot fit the dates. Where a trip is too short for anything paced, we say so and offer a single appointment with a written plan to take home, so the money spent buys something complete on its own terms.

An expectation the line cannot meet. Anyone who wants one appointment to end acne permanently is asking for something no published figure here buys. Acne is managed, and the management is worth paying for; a cure is not on the price list because it is not on the menu.

Dear, Knowhow

Why an acne quote here can be rebuilt by the person paying it

01 — THE FULL ARSENAL

Five acne routes competing on one published list

When a clinic owns a single acne device, every face somehow suits it. Gland-targeted radiofrequency, jet delivery, needle radiofrequency, laser and injection work all sit on the same list here, at published figures anyone can compare before the consultation starts. The recommendation has to win on the reading.

02 — DIAGNOSIS FIRST

EVE Muse splits live inflammation from old marks

3D imaging with five light sources and AI analysis separates oil and active lesions from residual colour, so each goes on its own quote.

03 — DIRECTOR-PERFORMED

The person counting the lesions holds the handpiece

Acne appointments are director-performed. The judgement that sets the plan and the hand that delivers it belong to the same person, and the quote is explained by that person.

FAQ

Acne pricing at Dear Clinic, line by line

How much does acne treatment cost in Cheongdam, Gangnam, Seoul?
Two published device lines carry it. A full-face appointment of gland-targeted insulated-needle radiofrequency is ₩250,000 (≈ $180), and a full-face appointment of needle-free jet delivery is ₩500,000 (≈ $355). Each is a per-visit figure, and which one your skin is quoted for is decided from the scan at the consultation.
What does the radiofrequency full-face figure actually cover?
One appointment across the face, with Agnes (insulated-needle radiofrequency), PTT (photothermal) and MLA (picosecond laser micro lens array) all sitting under the same published line. The tip used at each point is a clinical decision, and choosing one over another does not change what you pay. Treatment is worked point by point where the finding puts it.
Is jet delivery charged by the syringe or by the face?
By the face, per appointment. The published line is a full-face scope, so a visit with more lesions and a visit with fewer carry the same figure. What changes between people is how many appointments a plan ends up needing, and that is settled a visit at a time with the scan in front of you.
How many appointments will I be paying for in total?
No fixed number is printed here, because a figure written before an examination would be a guess dressed up as a plan. Lesion type, how long the pattern has been running, how your skin answers the first appointment and what is happening hormonally all move it. Your director gives you a working range at the consultation and revises it as the plan proceeds.
What will actually appear on my bill at the first visit?
Whatever was agreed with you before anything was switched on. The plan is explained, the lines that apply to it are named, and the figure is confirmed while you can still say no. Nothing is added afterwards without being raised with you first, and a visit where the skin was read but not treated is not billed as a treatment.
Can both acne lines run in the same appointment?
Sometimes, and it depends on what each asks of skin that is already inflamed. Where both are genuinely indicated they are more often placed in separate visits, because stacking two irritating procedures on an active flare is how a good plan produces a bad week. If they do run together, both lines appear on the quote.
Do visitors from abroad pay a different rate for acne work?
No. Both lines are identical for someone who lives in Cheongdam and someone who landed this morning, and a foreign passport adds no surcharge. Payment is settled in Korean won at the desk, and the dollar figure shown on the site is an orientation number that moves with the exchange rate.
Is there a package that works out cheaper than paying per visit?
Block arrangements do appear on the clinic's published list for treatments that are genuinely course-based, and active acne is not billed that way here. The right next appointment is decided by what the last one did. Paying as you go is what lets a plan change direction without anybody arguing about a balance already taken.
What if my acne needs medication instead of a device?
Then you are told that at the consultation and no device line is charged that day. Prescription acne treatment needs examination, monitoring and follow-up over months, and that belongs with a physician who can provide all three. It is a cheaper answer than a course of appointments aimed at the wrong target.
Why is acne scar work priced separately from active acne?
Because it is different work on different tissue, usually at a different time. Settling inflammation and rebuilding texture are separate jobs, and treating the second while the first is still producing lesions spends money on a face that is about to change again. Scar lines are quoted when the acne itself is quiet.
Can I get a written quote before I fly to Seoul?
Yes, marked provisional. Send daylight photographs of the affected areas and a short history of what you have already tried, and your director will reply with the lines that look likely and a range of appointments. It is confirmed or corrected once your skin has been scanned in the room, and the figure on the day is the one that counts.
Can treatment start on the day I come in, and when are you open?
Often yes, where the reading supports it and your skin is in a state to be treated. The clinic is open 365 days a year, including Sundays and public holidays, so a first appointment does not have to wait for a working week. English-language consultation is available for every line on this page.

Scientific Evidence

Peer-reviewed work behind gland-targeted acne device lines

Four references sit behind the published lines on this page. Two report selective electrothermolysis of sebaceous glands with microneedle radiofrequency; one reports fractionated microneedle radiofrequency in inflammatory acne; one compares a microneedle radiofrequency device with fractional radiofrequency in moderate-to-severe disease.

They are listed as published, with their own stated limits. None of them describes your face, none of them is a price guide, and none replaces the reading done in the room before a figure is written.
