The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

The hydro-balance line and the eye line share a single rate on our list, quoted in the 2 cc presentation the product is supplied in.
That figure buys a unit of material, and a unit is the only thing our list is able to price. How many units your face needs, and whether the under-eye is treated at the same visit, are decisions made at the chair after the scan, which is why this page spends more time on what moves a total than on the total itself.
If you have landed here after reading a per-cc figure somewhere, halve the number above before you compare. The two are measuring different quantities of the same kind of thing.
Three rows: the line this page is about, the line people compare it with, and the part of a visit no price list can quote in advance.
| Row on our list | Unit | Where it is used | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rejuran HB / Rejuran Eye | 2 cc | The hydro-balance formulation, and the eye-area formulation, sharing one published figure | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| Rejuran Healer | 2 cc | Listed here only so the step between the two lines is visible | ₩300,000 (≈ $215) |
| Units per plan | — | Decided after the EVE Muse capture, since one face may need a single unit and another may need the face and the eye treated as separate units | quoted at consultation |
Published rates as of September 2026. The KRW figure is what you pay and the USD figure beside it is a reference conversion at a rate we review quarterly. International patients are charged the same as Korean patients, with no foreigner surcharge on either row. Anything your visit involves beyond the units themselves is stated with its cost in the written quote you approve first.
Hydro-balance. It is the same polynucleotide family as the original line, paired with hyaluronic acid.
PDRN, or polydeoxyribonucleotide, is the component the whole range is built on, and the salmon-DNA origin people search for is a description of where that fraction is sourced. It is made by PharmaResearch and supplied in 2 cc.
Nothing about the polynucleotide element changes between the two rows in the table above. What changes is what sits alongside it.
The HB formulation carries hyaluronic acid with the polynucleotide component, which is the whole of what the initials mean. A great many pages will tell you the exact proportion of each; we do not hold the manufacturer's specification in writing, so no ratio appears anywhere on this page.
Rejuran Eye is the third name on the same list, formulated for the thin, constantly moving skin of the eye area, and it is billed at the HB figure.
The gap follows the material on the tray. Nothing about your appointment can move it in either direction.
Both rows buy the same length of chair time, the same capture, the same director and the same follow-up. The step exists because the HB preparation is a different item on the shelf, and our list prices items.
Rejuran Eye is dosed into skin thin enough that the placement has almost no margin in it, and it shares the HB figure. This is the single most common reason a quote comes back higher than the number somebody was expecting: the under-eye is its own unit.
Patients arrive asking for the dearer row and leave with the cheaper one about as often as the reverse happens. The reading decides, then the figure follows the reading.
Responses differ between individuals, and no row on this list carries a promise about yours. What the list does carry is a figure you can read before you walk in, which is the part of a Seoul booster quote that most often turns out to be missing.
One arithmetic note, because it is the source of most confusion when people compare Seoul quotes: a 2 cc figure and a 1 cc figure are not comparable until one of them has been adjusted. Half our HB rate is the per-cc equivalent, and half a unit is a number on a calculator that nobody can book.
Our list gives units and rates. It gives no session count, and that blank space is deliberate.
The rate per unit, the number of units in the plan on the table, and the total for the visit in front of you. Each visit is charged as it happens, so no balance sits on an account and nothing has to be used up before it expires.
At the review, your stored capture goes back on the screen and the next decision is made against it. Sometimes that decision is to stop, and it is made out loud.
Very little. A session count advertised in advance is written before anyone has looked at your skin, and the interval that suits a resident who lives twenty minutes away is not the interval that suits a visitor with nine days in Seoul.
So the shape of the series is discussed at the consultation, with the cost of each further unit stated, and you commit to one visit at a time. Individual responses vary, which is precisely why a fixed number would be a sales figure.
Three situations that come up almost every week at the consultation desk.
Then the money goes to the eye line at the HB rate, and the face waits. Splitting a single unit between two zones dilutes both, and a thin under-eye is the zone where a half-hearted dose shows soonest.
Then the Healer row is often where your director will point, and you will be told so even though it is the smaller figure. Paying the HB step for an indication that does not call for it buys you a different carton and no more than that.
Then say so at the consultation. A director who knows the ceiling can build a plan under it or tell you plainly that a polynucleotide course is the wrong first purchase for your skin. We would rather decline the booking than sell you a unit your reading did not ask for.
Outcomes vary by individual skin, age and lifestyle, and are assessed at your in-person diagnosis.
Unretouched, treated at Dear Clinic, shown with consent.

This case comes from our Rejuran set and is shown as an example of polynucleotide work; it is captioned with the treatment family rather than with a specific row on the list.
All photos are unretouched cases of the same person under the same conditions, treated at Dear Clinic. Each photo shows only the treatment it is labelled with. Individual results may vary.
The polynucleotide rows sit beside the PDLLA, PLLA, CaHA and hyaluronic-acid rows, all published, all in the building.
EVE Muse photographs the face in 3D under five light sources with AI analysis. Skin condition, laxity and pigment read very differently on that screen, and only one of the three is answered by a polynucleotide unit. Where the capture says the complaint is slack tissue wearing a texture disguise, no quantity of HB addresses it, and you will be told that before a figure is quoted.
Placed too shallow, polynucleotide deposits sit as visible bumps for a few days; placed too sparsely, the unit is spent for nothing. Every session here is director-performed, by the doctor who read your capture.

Tell us at the consultation about blood thinners, recent illness, anything you are using on your skin and any planned dental or facial work. Some of those change what can safely be done that day, and a few of them are the reason we will reschedule instead of proceeding.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
Send the concern and your dates. The written figure comes back in English as soon as possible.
Three peer-reviewed sources on polydeoxyribonucleotide are listed below with their DOIs, so the primary material can be read directly instead of taken second hand. They cover an early proliferation study, a comparison of two delivery routes for a polynucleotide injectable, and a 2025 overview of established findings alongside the questions still open.
None of them prices a treatment, names a brand row, or predicts what your own skin will do.
