The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

A softening jaw line is rarely one problem. Descending fat pads, thinning skin and a jaw that has lost its own volume produce the same silhouette and need different instruments — so the EVE Muse scan separates them before a device is chosen.
The distinction matters because the three findings answer to different instruments. Tissue that has dropped needs either deep collagen contraction or a mechanical vector to hold it. Skin that has thinned needs a dermal treatment across a wide field. A jaw that has lost projection needs material put back, and no amount of heat will replace it. Treating a volume problem with an energy platform is the commonest way to spend a lot of money in Gangnam and see very little.
This page is organised around the concern. If you would rather browse by machine — depth, unit, base rate for each platform — the lifting category page is arranged that way and this one does not repeat it.
Age, weight change, sun history and genetics all feed into these three, and they rarely arrive in equal measure.
The facial fat compartments sit in a scaffold of ligaments. As that scaffold slackens, the pads slide toward the jaw and pile up just in front of the chin, which is the classic jowl shadow. Nothing has been added to your face; something has moved within it.
Collagen and elastin thin with age and with ultraviolet exposure, so skin that once snapped back now drapes. This is the finding behind a crepe-like texture along the jaw and under the chin, and it is treated across a broad field.
Bone resorbs slowly and the deep fat under the jaw angle diminishes, so the frame that used to hold the outline sits lower and flatter. A face can look saggy simply because its scaffolding has shrunk under skin that has not.
A fourth thing is often blamed and is a separate matter entirely: a heavy masseter changes the width of the lower face without dropping tissue at all, and it is assessed and treated on its own terms at the consultation.
Where the scan reads volume loss and nothing else, an energy session is not the right tool and we say so at the consultation. A shot count sold into a volume problem produces a bill and a disappointment.
Every item below is on our published list and in the building. Each one has a full page with its protocol and aftercare.

Listed rates as of September 2026 in KRW with an approximate USD figure beside them, identical for visitors and residents. Where the reading is volume loss, the collagen-stimulating materials are quoted separately on the Radiesse and Sculptra pages; the full rate list is on the published price list.
The same three findings produce two very different prescriptions depending on how far the process has run.
Naming the ceiling is part of the diagnosis, and it takes one paragraph.
Focused ultrasound, three grades of monopolar radiofrequency, microwave, a multi-wavelength pass, threads and the collagen-stimulating materials for a lost jaw frame are all stocked at 5F and 7F. When the answer for your jaw is the material and the machine stays switched off, nothing is lost by saying so.
Three findings, three numbers, one plan written against them.
A jowl result turns on where the shot lines run along the mandible and at what angle a thread is anchored above it. Your session is director-performed by the doctor who read the scan and drew the vector, and that same doctor sees you at the review.
Only cases with audited in-house photography appear here, each labelled with the single treatment it received.

Photographs show the same person under the same conditions, treated at Dear Clinic and unretouched. Each frame is labelled with only the treatment it received. Individual results may vary.
Outcomes differ between individuals and are assessed at your in-person diagnosis.

Reading those figures as a ranking is the commonest mistake. They buy different units of different things: a shot block, a sealed consumable, an energy budget, a count of threads. What sets your total is which finding dominates and how much of the lower face the plan covers, and both are written down and agreed before a consumable is opened. A course-shaped plan at ₩700,000 (≈ $500) per 300 shots spreads the same work differently from one large session at ₩2,000,000 (≈ $1,430).
Visitors from abroad pay the published rates with no surcharge of any kind. Where the scan says the jaw frame has lost volume, that material is quoted on its own page and not folded into a lifting figure. Consultation and follow-up arrangements are explained at your appointment.
If the diagnosis is that nothing on this page suits your face this year, that is the sentence you get, and it costs us a booking instead of costing you a course.
Tell your director about implanted electronic devices, metal in the treatment field, previous threads or filler along the same jaw line, pregnancy, breastfeeding and any history of keloid scarring. Several of those change which route is appropriate and one or two rule the session out.
Director-performed treatment is a Dear promise — your procedure is planned and performed by the doctors below.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.

The references below are grouped by the three instruments this page prescribes: focused ultrasound at depth, monopolar radiofrequency across the dermis, and absorbable suspension threads. Two of them examine the lower face and neck specifically, which is the region this page is about, and one examines the safety of combining threads with ultrasound — the combination our advanced plans use.
Each reference is listed as title, journal and year with a verifiable DOI. None of them is evidence of a particular outcome for your jaw line, which is assessed at your in-person diagnosis.
