The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

Focused ultrasound around the brow and orbital region, planned on Ultherapy Prime under live imaging. There is no separate eye menu here: the published unit is the 100-shot block, and how many of those the region takes is settled at your consultation.
That matters for what you should expect to be quoted. Some clinics sell an "eye lift" as a boxed item; here the price sheet carries one Ultherapy Prime line, counted in 100-shot blocks, and the brow and orbital region is planned inside that count. Nobody can tell you the number before the scan, and this page will not invent one for you.
What focused ultrasound is doing in this region is narrow and worth stating plainly. It heats tissue at chosen depths to provoke a collagen response over the following weeks. It lifts a brow line and firms the skin above and beside the eye. It does not remove fat, it does not erase a dark circle whose cause is pigment or shadow, and it is not a substitute for surgery on a heavy upper lid.
Four sub-areas behave differently under ultrasound, and the reason an eye plan is slow to draw is that they sit within a couple of centimetres of each other.
Where a lift is most visible. Support here is fascial, and it is the part of the region that responds to depth-set energy the way the lower face does.
Thin, mobile and sitting directly over the orbit. Any plan here is shallow work at the conservative end of the available settings.
Bone underneath, skin creased by movement. Firming can help the texture; movement lines themselves belong to a different treatment entirely.
Often treated in the same pass, because a descending temple drags the brow tail down with it and treating one without the other reads as unfinished.
Under the skin of this region, Ultherapy Prime works at three set depths — 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm — and the deepest of those is the one aimed at the SMAS layer in the mid and lower face. Around the eye, the tissue between skin surface and bone is thinner than it is over the cheek, so the same three settings are not all appropriate everywhere in the region. Which of them your map uses, and where it uses them, comes out of the reading.
Prime carries live imaging — DeepSEE™ visualization — which shows the tissue under the transducer while the line is being placed. Classic Ultherapy visualized to 4.5 mm; Prime confirms structures down to 8 mm, on a field twice as large and a display 35% larger with noise reduction. In the lower face that depth is about reaching through thicker skin. Around the eye it does the opposite job: it lets the director see how little tissue is actually there before deciding whether a line belongs at all.
Shots are counted in hundreds, which is how the treatment is priced and how the plan is written down. The eye and brow region rarely consumes a whole plan on its own; more often it is an allocation inside a larger map, and the upper face is treated in the same sitting as whatever else the scan has flagged. The one thing we will not do is publish a shot count for "the eye area" as though it were a fixed recipe. Your count comes from your own capture and is agreed in writing before any energy is delivered.
Treatment here is director-performed, and in this region that is less about brand positioning than about who is holding a probe two centimetres from an eye. Dr. Jemin Kim and Dr. Seonhaeng Lee hold Merz certification as Ultherapy treatment providers, and Prime is delivered by a director and not delegated.
The eyeball itself is not a target for focused ultrasound, and planning in this region is organised around that fact. Energy is placed on tissue with bone behind it and on the brow above the socket; the globe is not treated through the lid. If a map cannot be drawn that keeps to those margins for the result you are asking for, the answer is that this is not the treatment for it, and we say so at the consultation instead of treating a smaller version of your request.
Four situations come up often enough to name. A heavy upper lid with skin resting on the lashes is a surgical question and focused ultrasound will disappoint you. A dark circle caused by pigment or by a hollow under the eye is not laxity, and firming will not touch it. Crow's-foot lines that appear only when you smile are muscle movement, which is a different prescription. And an eye area that has had filler placed in it recently needs that discussed before any energy plan is drawn.
Risks here get named out loud. Redness and short-lived swelling after a session are ordinary. Bruising and small raised welts along treated lines occur. Numbness or a tingling sensation where a line ran near a nerve is uncommon and generally settles over weeks. Temporary weakness of a facial muscle has been reported after focused-ultrasound treatment and is rare; it is one of the reasons the map is drawn under imaging and delivered by a director. Individual results vary, and the response builds over weeks instead of appearing on the day.
| What is published | How the eye region sits inside it | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Ultherapy Prime, 100 shots | The only unit on the sheet; brow and orbital work is planned in these blocks | ₩400,000 (≈ $285) |
| A brow-and-temple allocation | A share of the total count, decided by the capture | counted in 100-shot blocks |
| Eye region added to a face map | Its shots are added to the face count; the unit does not change | one unit rate throughout |
| Your own count | Read off your capture, written down, agreed before treatment | confirmed at consultation |
Published rates as of September 2026, shown in Korean won with a dollar figure for orientation; settlement is in won. International and Korean patients are quoted from the same sheet, with nothing added for a foreign passport. Any cost outside the treatment line itself is confirmed at consultation before you agree to anything. Every published figure also appears on the clinic price list.
Focused ultrasound is one of several things in the room, and the upper face is exactly where the choice between them matters. Thermage FLX runs a dedicated eye tip and works in the dermis, which suits crepey lid and under-eye skin more than a fascial lift does. Movement lines at the outer corner answer to wrinkle botulinum toxin, not to heat. And where the scan shows the whole upper face descending instead of one zone loosening, the comparison worth having is across the full lifting and tightening menu, where seven platforms are published side by side.
These routes are not mutually exclusive, and plenty of upper-face plans use more than one over a year. What they are not is interchangeable: they work at different depths on different tissue, and picking between them by price is the one approach that reliably wastes money.
Thermage FLX, Density, XERF, Onda, New Titanium and Shurink Universe sit on the same published sheet as Prime. When a capture shows thin, crepey lid skin over an upper face that has not actually descended, a radiofrequency plan gets written and the focused-ultrasound quote does not. Having the alternatives on the price list is what makes that a real conversation.
EVE Muse 3D capture with five light sources and AI analysis records brow position and the texture around the orbit, and the map is drawn off that.
Dr. Jemin Kim and Dr. Seonhaeng Lee are certified by Merz as Ultherapy treatment providers, and treatment is director-performed from the first line to the last. In a region this small, the person reading the live image is the person placing the shot.
Most people go back to the rest of their day. The region can look pink for a while and feel tender to the touch, and a slight puffiness above the lid is common in the first day or two; this area swells more readily than the cheek does, which surprises people who have had a jaw map before. Small raised lines where the shots ran usually settle within hours.
Heat is the thing to avoid in the short term: saunas, very hot baths and vigorous exercise are worth postponing for a few days, and alcohol makes swelling more obvious. Sun protection across the upper face matters, as it does after any energy treatment. The visible change is not a same-day event — collagen remodelling takes weeks, and a review appointment some weeks out is when the result is actually judged. Exact aftercare for your own plan is confirmed at consultation.
Results vary between individuals; nothing on this page is a prediction about your own face.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
Tell us what you see in the mirror and when you are in Seoul; we reply in English as soon as possible.
Brow and upper-face effects are among the outcomes recorded in the published work on micro-focused ultrasound with visualization. The four references below cover a clinical account of tightening and lifting with MFU-V, a review of newer ultrasound techniques for non-invasive tightening, histological and clinical findings in Asian skin, and a quantitative analysis of face and neck tightening in Asian patients.
They are offered so the mechanism can be read at the source. They describe treatment in general terms; none of them describes your own upper face, which is what the capture and the consultation are for.
