The clinic was very professional from start to finish. Doctor Jung was excellent and gentle with the treatment. I felt well looked after and everyone was outstanding. Happy with my service!

One rate, quoted by the vial, and a plain account of how many vials a face is likely to be mapped for before the figure means anything.
A per-vial rate is the easiest number in aesthetics to advertise and the easiest to misunderstand. Poly-L-lactic acid from Galderma is supplied dry, reconstituted before the session and placed in stages, so anyone comparing one vial against one syringe of gel filler is comparing a dose to a finished treatment.
The sections below set out what one vial buys, how the vial count is arrived at, and what the months between vials are actually being paid for.
One published figure, one unit, and a plain account of what a staged visit involves beside it.
| Item | Unit | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sculptra | 1 vial | Poly-L-lactic acid reconstituted on the day and placed into deeper planes across the mapped zones | ₩1,000,000 (≈ $715) |
| Every Sculptra visit | — | EVE Muse 3D and AI diagnosis · consultation with the director who injects · comfort measures confirmed at consultation · the massage instruction · aftercare follow-up | quoted at consultation |
| Review between vials | — | Re-capture and comparison against your stored baseline before the next vial is agreed | quoted at consultation |
Published rate as of September 2026, applying to residents and to international patients alike — there is no foreigner surcharge. KRW is what you pay and the USD figure is a reference conversion. Because a PLLA plan is staged, the total for the whole course is written out at consultation so the commitment is visible before the first vial is opened.
Three things move the number of vials on a plan. None of them is negotiable at the desk, because all three are read off the scan.
PLLA is placed across areas, so a plan covering temples, mid-face and the pre-jowl region needs more material than one addressing a single hollow. The map is drawn before the arithmetic starts.
Depth of loss is measured on the capture, not estimated from a photograph you send in advance. A modest deficit and a marked one can sit on the same face and produce very different vial counts.
Staging exists so the response can be judged before more is given. A second vial is a decision taken at review, with the comparison on screen, and it is occasionally decided against.
Multiply the published rate by the vial count on your plan and you have the course total. That is the whole calculation, and the only variable in it is a clinical one. We write the expected count down at consultation so you are weighing a total and never an entry price.
If the total is more than the concern is worth to you, saying so is a reasonable answer and it costs nothing. Nothing is reconstituted until you have agreed, and there is no deposit to forfeit.
The awkward truth of this rate is that you pay at the start and judge at the end. Going in aware of that is most of what separates a satisfied patient from a disappointed one.
Any fullness in the mirror on the evening of a session belongs to the liquid the product was reconstituted in, and it leaves. Patients who were told that beforehand find it unremarkable; patients who were not tend to phone.
After that the treated zones are quiet for a while, because a collagen stimulator is a request made to your own tissue and tissue works on its own schedule.
Mirrors are unreliable witnesses over months, so your baseline capture is kept and the review is a comparison of two measurements. Further vials are approved against that comparison and against nothing else.
The published literature on poly-L-lactic acid is where the timeline question is properly settled, and the references at the foot of this page are listed so you can read it without a clinic standing between you and the paper.
We publish no before-and-after set for this treatment, because a fair one is harder to produce than most galleries admit.
Your own comparison is taken on the EVE Muse system at each review and belongs to your file. Outcomes vary with age, tissue quality and general health, and no image of another face predicts yours.
This is the highest-priced row on our published booster list, level with the other stimulator sold by the vial, and it sits beside stimulators and fillers that cost a fraction of it. Nothing needs shifting, so nobody here has a reason to talk you into the dearer answer.
Lost volume and loosened skin look alike in a mirror and answer to completely different treatments. The EVE Muse 3D capture with five light sources and AI analysis tells them apart on screen while you watch. Where the reading says descent, we decline the course and send you to a lifting protocol instead.
A staged plan carried by one director means the second vial is placed by the person who remembers exactly how the first was distributed. Nodules, lumps and uneven results are plane and technique problems before they are product problems.

Placement, the massage protocol, who the material suits and who it does not are covered on the full treatment page for Sculptra at Dear Clinic. To see where PLLA sits among the injectables that get compared to it, read the category page for skin boosters and collagen stimulators.
The comparison patients ask about most is set out in Sculptra against Juvelook. The other vial-dosed stimulator on our list has its own page, Radiesse, and every rate at the clinic is on the published price list.

I've visited clinic for LDM procedure. I don't speak Korean, so there was an interpreter who assisted me while consulting. The staff was very attentive, they asked me every time before applying products/covering my face during the procedure and it went smoothly. Planning to visit the clini…
All the staff are kind, the doctor is professional. They recommended us the treatment that fit us best and last the longest. A very nice experience overall.
I did a hydrofacial, white/black head removal, and 1 day lasers. Really kind staff and reasonable prices. The only thing I would advise is that your first consultation is with a salesperson and you don’t see the doctor until after you decide what you want and after you pay.
Had a great experience here as a foreigner! The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. They made recommendations in my consultation and were happy to work within my budget.
Tell us the concern and your dates. The figure comes back in English as soon as possible.
Five references are listed below. Two are early clinical descriptions of volumetric correction with injectable poly-L-lactic acid, one compares the poly-L and poly-D,L forms at the early-volume stage, and two recent papers address biostimulatory longevity and volumetric outcomes.
Each carries a DOI from an indexed journal so the primary source can be consulted directly. None of them prices a treatment or describes your face, and the timeline any of them reports is a research finding and not a promise made to you.
